I haven't taken advantage of the membership yet but it's an amazing deal, and I'm definitely planning on getting it once I have more time. The services are amazing. From stretching, massage, cryo and IV's this place has it all. Whenever I feel swollen or just achy and tight I'll stop by for some massage boots and feel so relaxed and revived. The staff here is also amazing. Super friendly and easy going. Not pushy and super knowledgeable about the services and help you decide exactly what you need. A few weeks ago I came in with the beginnings of a nasty cold. Desperately came in to get an IV as I was hosting 300 people the next night for my husbands birthday party. The staff here recommended an IV cocktail and even hooked me up with a discount code. 12 hours later my cold was completely gone and I felt like a new person. It has been over a month with the Gold Membership and the experience with everyone at the facility has been nothing but a pleasent experience. Kylee and her work has made a world of difference in how my body feels. the daily pain and strain on my hamstrings has been minimized and I have better range of motion and I can tell it has improved my Tennis game. The manual streching with percussive therapy along with the infrared sauna has had amazing benefits and I can not recommend the treatment and Kylee enough. They made me feel super comfortable and didn't try to upsell after my treatment. I really enjoyed the cryotherapy appointment because they offer music for you to listen to. It speeds up the time and makes the cold a breeze! You'd be lucky to get street parking so you'll likely be parking at the lot. You have to go to the window to give your keys to the desk. They will charge you $50 even if you are 1 minute late WITHOUT telling you that you are being charged. No parking lot or validation. Only 1 hour metered parking that's impossible me to find with extremely strict parking enforcement officers. I was their most loyal customer for 1 year, went everyday, but apparently "Regarding the late fees, we are under no obligation to communicate the charge upon appointment time as it is in the signed membership agreement." read more

The only reason I visited therabody was because I'm an Erewhon member. I came on an early Sunday morning last month and had a terrible experience. Only come here if you enjoy an experience that is not relaxing and if you enjoy bad customer service! When I came in, the employees seemed chill, but were not professional and lacked customer service skills. I booked a red light therapy sesh. They took me to the room and explained how it worked, which was nice. During my service, I heard an entire conversation going on with another patron. Given it was early on a Sunday, I was expecting relaxation, but it was super loud and unsettling even with the noise cancelling headphones they provided. I wanted to get out of that bed 2 min but had 18 more min to go. It was dreadful. To top it off, when I went to the front desk to check out, I told the girl I was an erewhon member and it was complimentary. She looked at me super confused and didn't understand what that meant. I urge you to train your employees when working and partnering with businesses especially erewhon. I went for Stretching and Percussion work. The facility is immaculate, spacious and well-designed for both comfort and therapeutic use. The office experience, from making an appointment online through paying, was a breeze. Most of all, the therapist was outstanding and personable and the vibe throughout the team and the space was engaged, intelligent, interested and caring. They even have an RN to check on and monitor any possible medical issues. I'm amazed at the elevated quality of this experience...and I've had over 1400 bodywork sessions over 40 years. Totally disorganized and disappointing. I was so excited to try Reset! It is right up my alley in terms of wellness and great memberships. Unfortunately the execution is nothing like the great space and menu. I have had an appointment for an IV and oxygen at 10 AM in the morning for many days. When I arrived and after I was in the oxygen, they told me that they mischeduled me and that I would have to return at 1. Despite the fact that I had work scheduled for the second half of the day, I thought I would be able to squeeze in a quick "30 minute IV" (according to the gentleman who was helping me. The manager offered for me to try out some of their services for the inconvenience which was nice. I paid for my hyperbaric oxygen and returned at 1. At 1, the nurse told me that the IV was actually going to take at least 90 minutes. Ok. Fine. Compounding a hellish and disorganized day, she was unable to find a vein. There was quite a bit of blame the patient. Fine. For reference and understanding that everyone can have a bad day, I get my blood drawn every month and have never had a problem.I got up to leave when she said wasn't able to find the vein and offered parking validation. Great. I was moderately disappointed that my whole day was ruined, but I was going to shake it off and move on. As I was leaving, another employee chased me down to pay for my service, ugh. I retuned to explain that I wasn't IV-ing and dashing, but instead didn't receive a service. At this point, I was getting pretty upset both to the situation and abhorrent customer service and spoke to the manager. Another round of embarrassing and sad questioning about my veins and no real remorse about the serious lack of professionalism, accusal of theft and time wasting, and I was D-O-N-E with Reset. This was so epically disappointing. One "fatal flaw" I could have handled, even two, but this was a parade of tragedies too time consuming to be withstood. Oh ps. I got the monthly membership, which is a wonderful deal, and every single staff member is so kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I came to this location for a full experience to try everything out and I don't think my body has ever been so grateful. I think one of the most important things to mention is the attention to detail and service levels. You are made to feel welcome and comfortable. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to not only explain the process of the services but to educate you on why and the benefits of the service. They talk you through every step so you aren't sitting there wondering what's next (which is great for the anxious individual) The environment is calm, modern, and luxurious. It is a professional environment but also warm and refreshing. Overall the experience was an absolute pleasure and I felt amazing for days after and had noticeable improvements in areas that were causing pain prior to receiving services. I gotta say it's pretty awesome getting the same treatments that were once only available to professional athletes.
