My daughter and I stayed at this hotel for three days. I really enjoyed the customer service when my flight was delayed and I asked for my daughter to check in on behalf of me. This process went smoothly, and it allowed me a peace of mind while I was already stressed about my continuous delayed flight. The hotel in general has a nice atmosphere and the front desk staff were professional and approachable. There is a bistro available on the first floor of the hotel which is very convenient although we did not have a chance to check it out. The hotel looks okay externally and internally overall but could use some updated furniture and touch ups in the room. The room was a little smaller than I am used to for a Courtyard Marriott, but the bed was comfortable enough for our three days stay there. There were some hiccups with our room: (1) We had to call the front desk to fix the remote control for the TV; the remote stopped working several times during our stay. (2) There is a refrigerator but no microwave in the room which is very inconvenient, so we ended up eating cold leftovers from when we went out. (3) The bathroom was not cleaned very well: the toilet area smelled like pee, the toilet seat had a strange burn/peeling on it, there was a rust looking stain in the toilet, and the tub had a ring around it. Our stay at this hotel served its purpose; however, the cleaning staff needs to pay more attention to detail especially when cleaning the bathroom area. If we were going to stay there any longer, I would have definitely asked to be moved to another room.

Hi I want to warn people about this hotel. I was staying here for a few days, about 5 nights. I worked 4 overnights in a row. Morning of day 5, I get into my bed and it was wet. Keep in mind, I haven't been in my room for over 12 hours . I looked at my sheets and it appeared to be urine. I called the manager, they asked for a pic. I told then to come see and could not give me a clear answer why my bed was wet. Had no camera to follow up on who might've came into my room. They offered me another room, gladly declined and went to the police station. Natick police took my report and said "it's criminal but not a crime" Plenty of hotels in the area, do yourself a favor and stay FAR AWAY FROM THERE.

Solid in every way. 1) A great location on Speen Street in the middle of everything. 2) Nice modern spacious room. 3) Super comfy bed 4) Excellent free Wi-Fi 5) Super quiet heating system 6) Great shower - temp and pressure were perfect 7) Basket of complimentary granola bar treats at the front desk 8) Big flat screen TV on a swivel stand in the room 9) Our room had a desk, a sofa, and a coffee table.

Nice spot with a great location, literally located across from the Natick mall with plenty of restaurants/shopping areas in the walkable vicinity. The rooms are clean, well appointed and the staff is extremely friendly. This place has tons of parking, decent breakfast and a full bar which is nice, especially for the business traveller. One negative to mention is that the elevators are extremely slow, so be prepared to wait and wait some more lol. Pros- Clean rooms Friendly staff Nice bar Great location Priced right Walkable (mall nearby) Cons- Very slow elevators Literally no views

A good Courtyard property that's a slightly different design than the usual three stories that I'm used to. But other than that structural difference, it's still a shining star in the Marriott universe. Comfortable and quiet room with a bed that got me some quality sleep. Plenty of power outlets. More than enough parking. Wifi worked well. Friendly staff. Clean room on the sixth floor so there was very little outside anything. I was only here two nights and I left the DND on the door, so I did not have any cleaning service to tell you how they did. I have only one complaint and that's noise. The bathroom exhaust fan was way loud. And the room heater is loud, kicking on and off throughout the evening and night. Annoying. Review #5400!

This Marriott is conveniently located next to the Natick mall but is a highly traveled area traffic wise so give yourself some time if you are trying to get or leave there. The hotel appears to have gone through a recent remodeling as the decor seems a bit more modern and the staff upon getting there was very pleasant and acknowledged that I had checked in using their iPhone app. The room accommodations were very nice and quite large. The bed was comfortable and for once the TV could actually be seen from across the room without having to pull up a chair. I had dinner a the Bar which was a burger and fries. The burger was cooked to perfection and tasted very good. Drinks are a bit on the pricey side but I come to expect that when staying at hotels. The reason why his Marriott got 4 stars, instead of 5, was because of the rude staff I had to deal with when I had to check out early as a result of a family emergency. Thankfully it was just prior to checkout time so I was able to only get one night charged to my card vice 2 nights. The lady who checked me out though seemed offended that I was checking out early and made me stand there and wait while she informed her house keeping staff, in a sarcastic tone, that Room ### was checking out early so they have an extra room to turn over. She handed me my receipt and I left, a bit upset, that someone who appeared to be part of their management team would treat someone like that. As I wrap this up I am downgrading this to a 3-star now because the thought of how I was treated really deserves losing two stars.

The Manager was very rude... We were scheduled for 5 nights and had an emergency happen and needed to cancel. They said they couldn't... I said I was a Platinum Elite member and spend a lot of $$$ with them. Hey didn't care. Only when I threatened to leave a negative review did they change their stance. The manager said that she would credit us... I asked for it in writing and she refused at first and said that it was insulting that I asked for it in writing? I should just trust her? So, I recorded the whole conversation on my iPhone, including her attitude.

We were originally scheduled to stay here for two nights. We stayed one night and will be leaving today. The room was dirty, the shower was not maintained and had water squirting from the shower head, and the hose was not even connected properly. I called the front desk and told them that we were checking out one day early and I wanted a the concession on the room. We'll see what happens when we actually check out later. The bottom line is that these properties need to be maintained and if nobody complains or suggests to management that they really need to do something, nothing will change. We stop staying at the Hampton Inn next-door because it was never maintained in the management didn't seem to care. The lobby here is modern and the people are nice, but the main value you're paying for is the room the quality and that all things work. This is not the case here. We are quite disappointed with this Marriott. Update- Manager did refund my money (unwillingly and somewhat unbelieving of my experience) after she confirmed that the issues still existed 2 days after my departure. Management need to show trust in the prior that are paying their salary rather than viewing them as problems or an adversary.

As long time customers, my family, friends and I are usually pleased with the level of service and cleanliness from Courtyard Marriotts. This one stands out as an exception. We were met with stained linens, dirty countertops and even a pair of women's shoes underneath our bed in our first room. We were promptly switched to a different room the next day. Unfortunately, the situation was not improved. We were welcomed with creepy crawlers and what looked to be human pubic hair. Surfaces again were not up to the standard we expected from the Courtyard Marriott brand of hotels. Unfortunately, a manager was not available to attend to our concerns.

We played two rounds of 9 hole mini golf on the Ember & Emerald courses. The concept is cool but for the amount it adds to a normal mini golf game, it kinda takes away, too. The technology only allows one person in your party to complete the hole at a time. I love the taking turns aspect of the regular game so that was a bummer. Also, there's something about the colored balls with regular mini golf that I love. The ones here are all white. Some holes felt too easy - everything we did was under 4. I did like parts of the scoring system.

I do wonder how Marriott marketing tries to differentiate this suite brand from their Residence Inns which I prefer...? Also leaving the parking lot onto this highway is a danger especially with Boston drivers! At check-in the one clerk was totally consumed with a customer dealing with some non-check -in issue. Finally after waiting 10 minutes she decided to divert her attention and check me in. When I asked about a room upgrade as an elite member she mumbled something about them being booked up but it was clear from the parking lot that this place was pretty empty. This was the fourth Marriott property we stayed at on this trip and the least friendly front desk. The room was fine especially since it is a newer property though we did report an issue with the shower door automatically opening while showering causing a mini flood. Also the bathroom was tiny. The free breakfast was by far the skimpiest we have encountered at any Marriott property that provides a breakfast. It was surprising how limited the choices were. Also this breakfsst was shared with the Fairfield Inn which is in the same building (the Sheraton also in the same building does not offer free breakfast but I am not sure what stops there guests from eating here.) Overall a pretty mediocre experience.
