As a titanium member with Bonvoy, we always try to stay at one of their locations. At Residence Inn in Rapid City, this location seems to miss the mark in Bonvoy expectations as we experienced the following: -Used coffee filter left in the coffee pot in our room -Design of the bathroom shower with only half a door is awkward as water gets all over the bath floor with every shower. Needed additional towels. -Cereal dispenser at breakfast, Raisin Bran, did not dispense properly every day we were there. - Breakfast items were not replenished timely, if at all. (Tea bags, bananas, cereal bowls) - We had two rooms and were charged for parking for both without asking or communicating of the parking rate. We brought to the attention at the desk, this was corrected but should have been identified at check-in. - Door between connecting rooms looked as if it had not been cleaned in quite some time....see photos. - Entrance rug at side door when using the stairs was not vacuumed and covered with dog hair the entire time we were there. - Slow draining bathroom sink....appears to need a good cleaning. read more

Margo was not nice, not professional, not calm, not helpful, not customer friendly with a Marriott employee checking into the hotel. She allowed other customers cut in front of us. She demanded my wife, employee, to fill out employee discount form which was already in the Marriott computer as associate employee DISCOUNT. BUT MARGO DOES NOT LISTEN! We were ready to fill out form until Margo, "the bitc&," canceled our reservation WHEN WE ALREADY PREPAID FOR THE ROOM. THE ROOM WAS ALREADY CHARGED ON MY CREDIT CARD! Stayed here five days as part of South Dakota bus tour. Room was great with separate living, full kitchen and living room. Daily breakfast was so so. Typical fare with egg dishes and make your own waffles You have to prearrange housekeeping services. That was fine with us Asked for more towels at the front desk. The young guy thought I meant paper towels. LOL Food options are limited. We ate at the Courtyard across the parking lot a couple of times. And the Perkins that's a far walk away. read more

I want to start out with saying we've been customers of this specific location for many years. As reward members. Due to having a big family we have always had to stay in the more expensive larger rooms. We travel yearly for the watiki water park, staying at residence in. This year we booked the 2 rooms suite as usual, planned the trip weeks in advance (Made our reservation for 3 nights) The Total for our stay was $551. No complaints there other than the misleading portion of our rewards. There isn't member discounts. You're charged $9 a day for parking (Even though there's no other parking option) You're charged parking + Parking tax.. Then they tacked on an "other room tax" which was $12 a day. We still don't know what that is. Then charged "Boxelder Special Access" $11.. per day.. City taxes per day, Occupancy sales tax per day. They say they only charge a deposit which is 1 room of the stay in advance ($168.20) BUT if you're making arrangements over the phone you won't be told if you use a debit card they actually take the entire stay from you. Even though you're told they only charge for the 1st night up front then the remainder when you check out. We were charged over $600 when we checked in, even though the front desk claimed they only charged $168.20. We had to deal with it because management didn't care. We haven't been treated well at all during the duration of our stay, While getting ready for dinner it sounded like a stampede of elephants running above our room. I tried To call from the room phone to the front desk and the phone did not work.. I called off my phone and asked if there was construction.. the managers exact words were "That's always possible" But that he'd go check.. After that it seemed to get louder, at this point our room was shaking. I wish I was over exaggerating.. I went to the front desk, there's 2 people standing there, I explain it got louder and the manager smiles At me "Maam I went up there myself there's no noise" My 15 year old daughter was in my room while I did my hair and clearly heard all the noise as well.. He told me if I insisted he'd go up there again and ushered me to go with.. This made me feel he felt I was lying and wanted me to witness there being no noise.. but as soon as we got in front of the room there was a ton of adults hooting and hollering and could clearly hear kids running around and screaming.. At that point he knocked on the door and was explaining to them to keep the noise down. I asked about the phone and was told none of the hotels phones work. Now to the actual condition of our room, the counters were sticky, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were almost empty. I requested extra blankets, pillows, and towels which we did not receive. As a family of 6 these things are necessity. There was nothing peaceful about our stay, and we did not feel welcome as out of towners. To make matters worse checkout is stated as 12 noon. Since 9am this morning 2 housekeepers have bothered us and we've been told checkout isn't 12 it's 11.. So apparently the website for this exact location by Marriott isn't accurate? As much as we've loved being regular yearly customers for this location, we will not be returning. We've loved this hotel but this specific year they've gone way downhill and do not treat you the way they used to. I remember being welcomed by name, recognized as soon as we walked in to check in. Staff being very accommodating and helpful, it felt like family around here every year we stayed. Something's very different this year and it breaks my heart. If you plan to visit rapid city and want to stay close to watiki, I highly recommend staying at one of the other hotels attached to the park. We stay at Marriott's all over the country--this is by far one of the worst. I'm not sure what happened. Stayed here a year ago and it was fantastic. A year later, the rooms are filthy, this room has been beat up, everything is broken. Phone barely works. No alarm clock. Don't bother with the hang tag asking for privacy they don't service the rooms during your stay. So if you needed towels after a long day they make you walk all the way back down to the front desk. If your room is on the end of the building and on the 4th floor it's quite a hike. AND the audacity leaving cards in several locations in the room asking for a tip for servicing the room. AND the shower is backing up. See photos. I will never stay here again. The amount they are charging for this dump is obscene. I want my money back! read more

After various calls with Marriott about another issue, I learned that this hotel has cameras that record guest conversations and conversations with the front desk. Very bizarre and unsettling. This was also one of the most disgusting hotels I've ever stayed at. The entire hotel wreaks of smoke and they have put some sort of fragranced cleaner all over to mask it. We left with headaches and I was sick for two days with nausea and vomiting. read more

We have previously stayed here for the Sturgis rally and have always encouraged friends to join us. Our most recent trip was the last time. We asked to extend by one day and we're charged double for one more day even though we booked 8 months in advance. We know it's special event time. That is why we booked in advance. Our room was filthy. There was a queen sized sheet on a king sized bed. We had to ask for correct sheets and make our bed. The room was filthy. Smelled like animal pee. It was a suite with a kitchen but had no pots and pans. There were bags of garbage left in hallways by other guests for days smelling up the place. Breakfast items and coffee was emtpy if you weren't there the first hour. We asked to speak to someone twice, I emailed once. We have gotten no response so here we are searching for a new place to stay with our group for the rally next year. read more

They claim to be the newest Marriott property in Rapid City area. I found the hotel to be very dirty. First, when I checked in, they offered me every other day room servicing. I accepted. Even after asking to have my room serviced, in my eight days of staying at the property, they never serviced the room. I did go to the front desk to refresh my towels, myself. On the seventh day, I received a note saying they would not service the rooms, but they did offer to bring me more coffee. When arriving at my room, I was met with a dirty face to the refrigerator, dishwasher, and cabinets in the kitchenette. There was a bread bag clip left from a previous resident on top of the refrigerator. When showering, the soapscum on the shower shelf was so thick that it created suds on the shelf. There was a bar of soap left from a previous resident. The pen at the desk had the Pulled off, and the cap was laying on another cabinet. The dust on the windowsill was so thick that I could see it in the morning with the sunshined. That all being said, I did enjoy the free use of the hot tub in the water park that is attached to the hotel. Overall, on the other side of the water park is a Fairfield property owned by the same people, but that was much cleaner and better cared for. I would suggest looking for that property. read more

We loved the hotel and our comfortable spacious room. You don't have to wear a mask inside but they request all guests wear a mask while out in public areas. If I were to go back to the area I would actually stay in the old part of the city where everything is walkable distance and you don't have to jump in your car to do things. read more

I reserved this room through Hotels.com. Hotel was easy to find. Close to stores and restaurants. Check-in was super smooth. Instead of just explaining breakfast and wifi and restaurants etc they gave me a paper explaining it all so I could refer to it later. Much appreciated! Room was the studio with a full kitchen, king and pull out sofa bed. Room was very clean and as explained and pictured. King bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Daughter said sofa bed was a 6/10. Meh. Full kitchen with DW, microwave, fridge/freezer, plates, pans, utensils, etc. Room had usb outlets in living area. Outlets by the king bed. Hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Plenty of towels. Hotel has covered walking hallways that lead to water park and bar/grill attached. There's a small shop in the front lobby. Breakfast included each morning. 6:30/7am-9/9:30am depending on the day of the week. No major issues. Would recommend. read more

First off, the hotel is five years old, pretty new and very clean. The price is right and the only true "suite" hotel in town that they have a bedroom door that closes (Trust me, I checked). Great for families or a husband who snores. The only wear and tear I noticed was the furniture in the room. The wife wouldn't let me sit in the chair because it was pretty dirty looking. Also, the couch you sank into as it's also seen better days. Were from Denver and there are a few things you should know. 1. Housekeeping- Only upon request. I did give the place the COVID wipe down and didn't find anything dirty. I requested housekeeping daily and they did a great job. Tip these guys and gals. They're just a bunch of kids but know how to properly clean your room. 2. COVID- Masks are pretty much optional in this whole town. This hotel is no exception. Wear them if you feel like. Yes, there are signs, but nobody will ask you to wear one. The hotel front desk wears them but not housekeeping. 3. Breakfast- There is some light stuff they hand out. Cereal, hard boiled eggs, granola bars etc. 4. Coffee- Hit or miss. They have it in the lobby but the bold is often out. Not sure what the front desk staff duties are but attending to the coffee in the morning isn't one of them. 5. Restaurants- Nothing in walking distance. Perkins is the closest but I would recommend the short drive rather than walking. You have a long walk from your room. They also have McDonalds, Arby's and Marco's Pizza in close proximity. 30 Minute Drive from Mount Rushmore. Newer hotel located in a comex of multiple other hotels. Lobby is beautiful and spacious with a fireplace and comfortable seating. Room is large and well furnished with Kitchenette. Bed is fairly comfortable and the flat-screen TV is good sized. If you are planning a family vacation and intend on using the waterpark, please be aware that this space is SHARED by several hotels . Both times I went through on our 2 day Stay, the water park was packed- and we visited in March. I imagine it's much busier in Summer. A hot Breakfast is included in stay and is above average, with a lot of hot items to choose from (Breakfast sandwiches, waffles, sausage, cereal, etc). Customer Service seemed Inferior to a typical Marriott property. Staff were friendly, however. The only employee who stood out was Judith, the breakfast attendant. Very nice. Polite charming staff. I'm a frequent traveler for work and throughout the years I've stayed at many long term stay hotels (residence inn, home 2 home). Was at a different residence inn 10 days ago. This location you don't have a small coffee maker. You have the little single serve coffee maker and forced to drink their coffee. The coffee isn't great. They don't have housekeeping so you have to continuously ask for more. I'm here for over a week... Also no tub Also no usb outlets... The bed is super hard and not comfortable So I'm going over to Walmart to buy a 4 cup machine...and some extra usb plug ins. I hope this isn't a change that'll make it's way to other locations. My husband and I stayed here during our recent visit to Rapid City and really enjoyed our stay. Our room was quite spacious and very well laid out. I loved the little kitchen and living area. We made great use of the couch and the high table and chair set where we had our daily "tea". The bed was comfy and everything appeared to be clean and fresh. We also visited the bar next to the indoor water park. Our bartenders were awesome and we really appreciated the great care they took of us. Breakfast was great and it was nice to be able to grab a complimentary cup of coffee, cocoa, or tea any time of day. The staff at the desk were all awesome and gave us much valuable information as to what there was to do in the area. We really enjoyed our stay and if we ever find ourselves in the area again we would not hesitate to stay here. read more

We stayed here for 11 nights when we PCS'd in. Due to our family size, on base lodging at Ellsworth was unavailable. Anyway, we absolutely love Marriott and Residence Inns. First, the rooms are extremely clean. We had a one bedroom suite. Plenty of room for our three kiddos. We didn't do any cooking in the room, but there are two stovetop burners that you could use, a microwave, and a large refrigerator (not a mini), not to mention all the cabinet space. They offer actual brewed coffee with a coffee pot, not a single serve edition like most. Second, the breakfast was amazing EVERY SINGLE DAY. Hot scrambled eggs to include spinach, salsa and cheese with tortillas to make breakfast burritos, with at least 1-2 meats such as bacon, sausage (both turkey and pork) not to mention bagels, boiled eggs, fruit, juice, as well as yogurt. Fresh coffee tops it off and makes it wonderful. Third, a water park is conventiantly connected to the hotels here. You don't have to walk outside.. you just walk continuously through a hallway to the water park. My advice, if you are staying here, get the tickets from the front desk. I won't review the water park here, but it was awesome to be physically connected so I didn't have to walk through the cold to get to it. Finally, every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, they have evening social "snacks" sometimes dinner worthy.. this is usually from 6 pm to 7:30 pm. Check the sign right outside checkin. They come with alcoholic drinks with beer and wine. The menu changes week to week, but we had a nice quinoa salad with grilled chicken one night and chili with all the fixings the other night. The staff our super friendly, a highlight for this hotel. They went out of their way to be kind and entertain our three young kiddos and made us feel super welcome. Highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the Rapid City area, or a military member who needs to be close to Ellsworth AFB. read more

UPDATE: Upon check out just now, as we were leaving the room wearing masks as mandated by the hotel, the housekeeping lady knocked on our door. She was NOT wearing a mask. As we were leaving the room, I saw her being in other rooms cleaning with NO mask. Seriously??? She might be a carrier spreading COVID to all guests. It's insane. ORIGINAL: I am currently staying at the hotel: three nights in out of total five nights. I am a Marriott Gold Elite member and travel often for work and pleasure staying at various Marriott hotels around the world. I am not picky. I just need the basic amenities that we have come to expect of modern hotels: ability to use landline phone if needed, be able to connect to WiFi in my room, etc. Why did I rate this hotel only one star? 1. Landline phones in the room don't work. Both of them. I tried to call front desk and disconnected four times after only a few seconds. The front desk employee stated that I should not move when talking because phones are finicky. I didn't. Still disconnected. I was told to use speaker. I did. Still the other party could not hear me after a few minutes. This is totally unacceptable. The hotel is aware of the issue but did nothing to fix it. 2. If you have iPhone, good luck trying to connect to WiFi. None of our four cell phones can connect to WiFi. I called front desk and was given a number to call. I did. After about 30-40 minutes, the issue was not resolved. I am traveling with two teens. During our five night stay, they will use so much data on our plan, we won't have any data left when we get home. No WiFi in the room to upload vacation photos or check work emails is totally unacceptable when we live in the technology age. If I was aware that we will have zero WiFi, I would have never chose to stay at this hotel. 3. Upon arrival, I found all the dishes wet and dirty. When I removed the plate to use from the shelf, water spilled on my legs. Plates had food on them and were wet. Since I needed plates that moment, I had to had wash all the plates and glasses because I didn't trust glasses were clean either. Given COVID, this was not acceptable. 4. The hotel has no recycling. Unfortunately, we had to buy a lot of water bottles for all the day trips and we cannot recycle anything. Why no recycling? I am not sure what the excuse it. It seems like it should be an easy fix. 5. We had to leave our dirty towels after three days outside the room for them to be replaced with clean towels. When we got home, we only found half of the towels to be replaced. Looks like room service people don't use any common sense. It would make sense that if we turned in bath and face and hand towels, all of those would be replaced. Instead, we only got bath towels. So, zero stars for the hotel. When you pay over $1,121 for the 5-night stay with no room service at all (no one cleans the rooms during COVID), it's really frustrating to have all these issues... The only positive is front desk staff. They have been extremely helpful trying to resolve the situation. They checked with me via text to see if there was anything they could do, brought missing towels in, offered free waterpark tickets. I have cancer so, unfortunately, waterpark is not an option, but it was a nice gesture nevertheless. I appreciated all the care they provided. Still, it's not enough to compensate for all the hotel shortcomings. Do not stay here. Pick another hotel if you need WiFi and working phones. read more

Paid $100 plus for a "king suite" I received a room with a stand up shower with no door so water leaks right onto the floor... wastes all the towels to clean up the floors while I try to relax. This is the smallest room I have had for the price. for one soda it is $5. The TV is smaller than my one at home. The bathroom door basically touches the toilet when open, the shower head malfunctions. The front desk working the night shift was scoffing at me under their breaths as well while I bought one bag of chips and two waters. I had cash in hand , they still asked if I was using "card or cash". The room I am in has a weird crawl space as well that is not stable. VERY unpleased. The sign in my room says to "close sliding glass door" but there is no sliding glass door... Needs a lot of work here. I will NOT recommend. -Julia H. read more

Our family had four rooms and everyone had issues. The first issue that two of the rooms air conditioning didn't work. The response from the hotel was horrible. It was so hot in the rooms. There were stains on the sofa and carpet. The lack of housekeeping and supplies in the suite (dishwasher soap, trash bags, toilet paper). Having to constantly go to front desk for items. Housekeeping couldn't bring them to your room. The floors were dirty and didn't seem to be mopped before our arrival. Then there is the blah food and lack of choices. The oatmeal was the only choice that seemed home made. We loved the concept at residence inn. It's just a shame that they can't maintain a nice building. Nice place on the newer side - the reason for my review is I went down for the free breakfast and I watched the breakfast employee roll out the garbage can and then roll it back in- she was wearing black plastic gloves - after putting the garbage can back in place she then proceeded to do other work such as restocking food with the same black plastic gloves without changing them - what is the purpose to have sanitary gloves in if you never change them when you get them filthy- when I informed the the front desk her response was "well did you see her not change them" instead of thank you I will remind them to change their gloves. We loved the hotel. Hotel would have gotten a five star had it not been for the annoyance all day leading up to our stay. My AMEX had recently been replaced for potential fraud, so when they went to charge it that day it was declined. I immediately got an email and a phone call. The call sounded like I was about to lose my room if I didn't take care of this immediately. I tried to. I went into the app and changed my card. I called and got VM, so I left a message. I sent a message through the app and and responded to the email. However, it wasn't enough, they continued to call me and email me all day. I was in the badlands trying to enjoy the day. They were getting a new credit card when I got there. They knew i had reached out to them to attempt to resolve and yet the calls kept on coming! When we go there I asked, are you full? Do you have a waiting list or is there some other explanation for the calls and emails all day. I got an apology and offer of water park tickets but we just there for the night. I was so mad, it had ruined my day and for those that have traveled through the Badlands with Sprint, you know it is challenging to have phone service and you get it for a minute and there is the notice from the Marriott and you call back and then you have no service. It was just SO disappointing. Once we got there, I was told that the system had updated already and had the new credit card and they didn't need anything else! LACK OF PATIENCE. Room was really clean and inviting. Breakfast was good. It works well for our family, with two teenagers and wanting some separation from mom. Being Marriott members we recently stayed at this hotel. The room and hotel property were fine. My complaint is with the limited breakfast. No eggs, bacon, waffles, etc. and the packaged food they had were rationed and the muffins ran out. But about a month earlier we stayed at a Residence Inn by Marriott in Breckinridge, Colorado and they had a full hot breakfast to include eggs, bacon, waffles etc. Why would on have a great breakfast and the other didn't?!? And to really insult a paying member we went down for a packaged breakfast one morning and we could smell food being cooked. We walked around the corner and saw a conference attendees being served a hot breakfast so management can't use covid as an excuse why they didn't serve the rest of the paying hotel guests. I will start looking for another hotel brand that values their members and guests!!! read more

They serve the same limited food every weekday for breakfast. On weekends, they switch the omelette with waffles. All the food are instant, they don't even have a waffle maker or pancake maker. The breakfast burritos are the frozen ones from the grocery, still in plastic wrap when they serve. Only 1 fruit, either banana or orange. They have very limited menu, and they still run out of food! Stayed for 8 days, every single day, had to wait for food, and this is April which is low travel season, what else if it's busy travel season. If you are staying more than a couple of days, this is not the place to stay in, unless you like the same breakfast everyday... read more

We have stayed here before and we're looking forward to being able to stay longer. It unfortunately didn't end of that way. In just 10 months, the hotel has fallen into terrible disrepair and very poor customer service. I understand the labor shortage, but that does not give an excuse to the front desk worker to take full advantage of that by disregarding every request and phone calls because "they're the only one there". Our simple accommodations were not met, the rooms were not clean at arrival. The shower was full of hair and dirt, the toilet stopped working 2 days in. The sink drain was closed with no mechanism to release it. Luckily we were able to get underneath the sink cabinet itself to pop it open, just to find that the towel rod wasn't secured and was just sitting on its hardware and not connected at all. The beds were very uncomfortable. And the bonvoy app would not open one of our rooms. What's the point of having it if we can't use it for our room, nor to request services? *we requested extra towels, it was marked closed within an hour and no towels were delivered* but going to the front desk was out of the question given how the first attendant behaved. (The one during the day on our second day was more customer oriented than the first). The staircases, carpets in hallways were filthy. Same trash sat on that staircase the entire reservation showing it was never vacuumed. The TV service was intermittent at best. And our shower stopped draining the second day. Kitchen was missing basics. This is the hospitality industry, the industry I started in. And I know this is not what that means. Hugely disappointed when me and my family were so looking forward to a great spring break mini vacation at the water park. Worst road noise of any hotel I've ever stayed in. Had to use earplugs every night and even that wasn't enough. Can't emphasize enough how bad the road noise is. The second disappointment was the breakfast. Most hotels have a rotating menu so you get a little variety and if you don't like something one day you'll have a new selection the next day. Not the case here. Exactly the same food every day and it's awful, truly awful. One day I watched multiple people take a single bite out of their egg sausage sandwich and get up and throw the rest in the trash. Most hotels would offer toast, bagels, English muffins, etc. - not this one - no bread, no toaster. Most hotels have a couple of waffle makers which the kids absolutely love. Again, not this one. We wound up getting outside food and eating in our room each day, the food they served was just inedible. read more

We stayed here on vacation in May 2021. Very modern, clean and quiet and a close drive to shopping. Seemed like a newer area and pretty safe. We had a slight problem w/our booking through credit card rewards- not the fault of the hotel, but they were very accommodating. The manager and staff were excellent! read more

BEAUTIFUL WITH FANTASTIC FEATURES My husband and I stayed here during our honeymoon. The lobby and the room were absolutely gorgeous. Our room included a full sized bathroom, kitchenette with a full sized refrigerator, small dishwasher, cooking equipment, dishware and utensils. There was a small sofa and the tv rotated so you could watch it from the massive bed or the sofa. There was also a huge space for a desk with outlets right on to of the desk, making getting work done really easy. A really cool feature was the option to add admission to the indoor Watiki water park for only $8.25 per person. They have a giant hot tub, play area, lazy river and three huge slides. It was awesome to stop in and have some fun in there. The water park is not connected to the Residence Inn, but to the La Quinta, so a two minute walk gets you there. It was great. We ate at Sliders, the burger place connected to the La Quinta and the water park abd it was delicious. A sliding door separated the restaurant from the water park so parents could hang out and eat while the kids played. We would come back to the Residence Inn for sure. read more

I've stayed in a lot of Marriott properties but this one was very dirty, not maintained well and service wasn't the best. We reserved a 1-bedroom non-accessible " king suite" and even called to verify the day before and it was confirmed by the front desk. Arrived at 4:30pm the day of our arrival and they said they only had accessible rooms or we could downgrade to a king studio. Front desk was not helpful and didn't offer to help us out. Not Marriott management material here. Is this a Super 8? Room was disgraceful. Someone's dogs had chewed up bathroom, someone's hair hanging from shower head, dust EVERYWHERE. It looked like this room hadn't been cleaned in a month...where are you cleaning protocols for COVID-19 Marriott? Internet wasn't reliable and TV didn't even work in both bedroom and main room. Couldn't get WIFI in bedroom bc it said the room was too far from the lobby...just ended up using our own LTE. We got the main room TV to work for like an hour and then kept getting the "No signal" image on both tvs. There is honestly no use in saying anything to the front desk bc they were obviously put out by any requests and didn't want to assist us earlier. After a long 12 hour day of driving...this was a huge disappointment and we will not be returning to this property for our many trips through the area. I'll give my money to Hilton. We slept for a few hours and got up and left bc we were so disappointed in this location. read more

This was a brand new residence inn. It is in an area of many new hotels, also a few fast food restaurants. Everything was great. Wished they had a pool instead of the neighboring water park. They offered two options for grab and go breakfasts which was nice. read more

Refreshing! Room was gorgeous and super clean Room included a kitchenette with 2 burner stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. Bathroom was incredible. Professional products in the shower, plenty of fluffy towels and a sitting room where you can do your hair and makeup. Hot Breakfast included scrambled eggs, bacon and a veggie crumble with the fixings for burritos, plenty of toast and bagels and of course waffles and all the other goodies. The staff and chef was available for questions and my plate was removed from my table while I finished visiting with my party. Amazing! read more

I was happy to find this good clean spot to stay when visiting local attractions. They have nice rooms and bathrooms. These even have convenient and high-quality pump-style shower gel, shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower so you don't have to use those tiny bottles of those items! Nice touch! The rooms can get a lot of road noise from the road, so be aware of that, but for the most part a great place to stay! read more

Enjoyed my stay here while visiting the nearby Mount Rushmore Monument, a very positive experience. Huge property located along Highway 39, immense lobby, lots of parking, great breakfast service. Stayed here on Christmas Day, superlative Holiday spirit among the staff. Newer property, all the latest in-room items, comfortable, clean. Fair pricing. read more
