Probably will see "the why" they are less expensive than other locations in my "not good" section. * Parking "included." Now, THE BAD: *Get a gander at the video posted of the INOPERABLE bathroom door! On DAY TWO AND ITS STILL NOT FIXED! No privacy. *Must be rationed toilet paper. Ran out of the first tiny piece of roll the first night after my 10:45 PM arrival. And then the tiny little sub-roll on day two with no back-up roll in place. *The remote stopped working when I got back to the room after 9PM. Called, was brought a new remote, went to bed, woke up and THE NEW REMOTE DOESN'T WORK !" *The egg bites on the breakfast bar were cold. Seemed barely heated so -yuck!" On night #3 the all-important pocket door to the restroom was repaired and they brought me some TP. (And TBF- the on-duty manager did all within her power. It was making concerning noises and it occasionally smelled like a burning smell.

Check in was smooth, the room had a little kitchenette which was a nice touch even though I didn't cook a single thing, and the bed was one of the more comfortable hotel beds I've slept in. I actually slept the whole night through, which does not happen for me in hotels. Staff were genuinely warm the whole stay, not that generic hospitality script energy, actual hospitality. The location is the real trick though, everything in Belleview Station is walkable so I never touched my car after checking in. Would come back just to stay here again even without the restaurant lineup attached.

Quiet; hardly any noise coming from neighboring rooms. Cement ceilings. Lots of light fixtures and surfaces for all of my things. Makeup wipe in the bathroom. Bathroom shower has both a shower head as well as a handheld one... no "rotisserie chicken in the shower" thing in order to rinse off. Reading lights on either side of the bed. Lots of plugs and USB outlets all over the room. Comfy king size bed with lots of fluffy pillows. I slept great! Cable service wasn't working in my room the first night. I reached out to the front desk staff and asked if they could get the service provider in the following day to fix the problem... And they did! Brit was amazing. Even though she's not a housekeeper, when I discovered my sheets were stained, she came up and remade my whole bed with fresh sheets. I was especially appreciative because she was scheduled to get off in a few minutes and she still took the time to figure out how to make it look as close as possible to what the hotel housekeepers would have done. Room doors are on a soft-close hinges to keep them from slamming loudly (but they are very heavy!). Breakfast is included with the stay. There are English muffins, bagels, flavored muffins, bananas, frittatas (with pork, as well as vegetarian options), turkey sausage (for the pork-free folks like me!) oatmeal, boiled eggs, hot and iced coffee, as well as tea available. In the lobby is also June Gap Market. They in addition to coffee, sandwiches, and flatbreads made to order, they also have a delightful variety of beer, wine, canned cocktails, frozen meals and desserts, snacks, amenities, comfort items and gifts. Some of the items are a little bit pricey though... Looking at you, $21 Swedish gummy candy. The in-room TV allows you to pair your phone with the TV so that you can use the TV as a speaker. As a music lover, I really love this feature! CONS: As mentioned, on my first night my bed contained soiled, stained sheets. Especially concerning given that this is a new hotel. The street/highway noise can be clearly heard in the room, especially at night. Water pressure in the shower is not strong. Towels are soft and fluffy but leave lots of annoying little pieces of cotton fluff on the skin after drying. Even though there's a massive parking garage nearby (which I had a lovely view of from my room) the hotel does not have a lot for self-parking, only valet. From zero to 5 hours, it's $15. From 5 to 8 hours is $20. And the whole day is $55/per day. The parking staff are really great though, and they took excellent care of both me and my vehicle.

It was my 2nd stay in 2 years and I was really impressed. No it does not have elevators but it is still a great hotel. Especially in the Tech Center area and for the price. I will even go as far and say this place is above the Super 8 and Motel 6 by leaps and bounds. The bed was comfortable. The staff was great. My only issue is that I couldn't get a refund for a pet fee (decided to put him in a boarding facility instead). Other than that, I would recommended this place to anyone. Loved it and the facility. TV was huge. Bed again was nice, and bathroom was large and amazing. Parking was a small issue but nothing major (nice walk!). And the fact that they allow pets, was a huge plus. Definitely will stay again if needed!

She made the driver leave the food at the front desk but did not call the room or contact the person whose information was on file to let us know it had arrived. When we called and asked that the driver be allowed to deliver the food to the room, Ahnya hung up on us twice. She was incredibly rude, dismissively told us, "It is what it is," and showed absolutely no concern for an elderly guest who was waiting for her meal. This came after we arrived to discover that the hotel was under construction, despite receiving no adequate advance notice. We were allowed to swipe our cards and commit to the stay without being properly informed about the hotel's condition or being given a fair opportunity to decide whether we still wanted to stay. When we raised our concerns, we were essentially told that "policy is policy" and that the property is changing to a Sheraton anyway, so it supposedly would not matter if we contacted corporate. That response speaks volumes about the complete lack of accountability, professionalism, and respect shown to guests. Although the rooms were clean, that is the only positive thing I can say. There were no meaningful amenities, no consideration for an elderly guest, no courtesy, and some of the worst customer service we have ever experienced. A clean room does not excuse treating guests--especially an 84-year-old woman--with such indifference and disrespect. If you're looking for an argument on every front then this is the place for you. They had other types of food, obviously, but steak was in plentiful abundance over anything. The housekeeping staff was amazing and on top of their game. The room quality was very good and spacious; larger than most hotels' suites. The in-room bar and mini-fridge were not free despite being labeled an "honor bar." I'm not cheap; I have no issue paying. My issue is the deceptive marketing of the so-called honor bar. The room's furniture was not cheap, but it did appear tacky with the illusion of being of quality. On the positive side, the staff were polite and attentive, and the room was cleaned while I was out. The view was also very impressive. Overall, with all things considered, I'd pick a different hotel; there are better hotels in the immediate area with a lower price tag and the spa is not worth it, despite its attentive and fantastic service. We stayed three nights in room 209 for $89.92 per night, which was a slightly above average price for the trip. SHE: First, I have to explain this hotel is in the middle of a corporate office park area. Lots of generic corporate buildings. This apartment is clearly designed for business travelers who come in to work and may stay long-term short-term. That's clearly who it's catering to. HE: There was a minimum of two or three nights in order to book the room, so you can't just stay one night. SHE: So, because of that, it's fancy pretty, at least for us. It has a small kitchen and a big desk for working, and a couch. There's lots of shelves and cabinets and a closet. It has an ottoman that rolls around and a lap desk thing. So, you got a lot more than you get at a normal hotel. The desk had lots of outlets and a comfy desk chair. HE: The only problem is that it's on the far edge of town, far away from any attraction or anything interesting so it's awesome if you don't mind driving into town every day. It was a good 20-30 minute drive every time, depending on the traffic, which was sometimes terrible in places. If you want to do anything in south Denver, it's a great place. SHE: Sheets were comfortable. The bed was pretty comfortable. Four pillows, Two people, four pillows. It passed the pillow test. Each side of the bed had nightstands with outlets. Only one outlet, though? But the kitchen was close enough that I could plug in there and it would reach the bed. HE: Always travel with an extension cord. SHE: I appreciate the bathroom that has a light separate from a fan. It only had the very basics of dishware. Two spoons, two forks, two bowls, two mugs, two glasses, just two of everything except butter knives. There were a lot of plastic butter knives. HE: Full-sized for refrigerator. Freezer was good. Actually froze the stuff. Full oven and stove. Microwave. SHE: It had blackout curtains, and then shear curtains, so you could have some natural light. HE: The manager or owner was very nice and helpful. We only saw her once or twice, but she was helpful and friendly. She told us to stay away from Centennial. SHE: They also had a game room with a foosball table and air hockey and some board games. There's also a very small pool outdoors and a grill. There were a lot of people hanging out at the picnic table over the whole weekend. I suspect some people live or stay there for a long time. HE: There's not much nearby because it's all corporate buildings. There's A 7-Eleven a couple blocks away. You're not too far to drive from your strip malls with all your regular franchises and some grocery stores and stuff. MOD Pizza nearby. SHE: It's really nice, very new furnishings. It was very clean and corporate-like accommodations, but very good. You could probably stay there a long time. HE: I don't think you could find a better place for less than a hundred dollars.
