Crew is highly organized and Mario is there full time to provide direction. Quick, nice and efficient. All the material was hauled away as requested. Mario also suggested that we pull a permit from Waukegan, which was easy. Glad we did, as one of our very "helpful" neighbors called the cops, who called the city, and dispatched the arborist to our property today. Even writing that seems weird. Mario had a copy of permit and handled the situation without me having to get involved. That was unexpected and very welcome. Also, his fellas climbed and trimmed a 90 ft oak tree - made it look super easy. Yard was still frozen, so not a lot of yard damage - not worried about it. Reached out to Jose's trees and he immediately answered my call and questions and sent someone to check the tree out. The gentleman came with his crew provided us a quote and if needed they could complete the job at that moment, which we were able to do so.
