She arrived early, showed up with all her tools and solutions in hand. She put on booties as she entered my home. She walked the two bathrooms and then got to work. She ran over by 30 minutes. Max, called to confirm the extra time so Carla could continue to work. The whole time Carla was available for questions and asked for my inspection after the work. She was very pleasant to talk to and helpful. Tip was added to the invoice after the work was completed. No need to hand over cash or deal with cards. The work was beyond great. Dusted, mopped, trash emptied, mirrors clean, trash liners added to the dust bins, and even the paper label put over the toilet cover and seat to show it had been sanitized. Great team Carla and Max. I provided my square footage and Kenia provided a quote over text. The service included a deep clean, which was the following Wiping baseboards Doors Door Frames Window Sills Blinds Fans Wall decorations/pictures dusted Bathrooms cleaned Kitchen including wiping/polishing cabinets and appliances, countertops stove top, and microwave. Secondly, the laundromat is dirty, and the staff provides terrible customer service. Today I came in to do laundry and there were three different people with animals inside. I am deathly allergic to cats and immediately started having allergies when a woman brought a cat into the building. A laundromat is supposed to be sanitary, especially when people are cleaning their clothes. I moved all the way to the very back to fold my laundry to avoid dander getting on my freshly cleaned clothes, and the same woman followed back there. I politely explained my allergy and why I moved. She responded by screaming at me and calling me obscenities. I informed the employee on duty, who clearly did not care at all. To make things worse, a homeless man then came in with a dog and started yelling at the staff because he couldn't access the restroom without money on his card. This place desperately needs better management--and honestly, security. As a paying customer, there's a basic level of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism that should be expected. I won't be back.
