Her favorite coach was Brody, but she also loved training with Coach Sam, Devonte, Joe, and Mike. Each coach pushed her to improve while keeping every session fun and encouraging. Camila had to take a short break because of her busy schedule now that flag football season has started, but she's so excited to put everything she learned at NXTLVL into action with her new club team. Thank you to the entire NXTLVL team for all your support and for creating such a positive, motivating environment for young athletes!

The space is clean, well run, and set up perfectly for youth training. What stood out most was the environment. It's competitive but still positive, and the kids were always excited to be there. The trainers do a great job keeping things organized while pushing players to work hard and improve. You can tell they care about development, not just running kids through drills. If you're looking for a gym where players can get better, build confidence, and enjoy the process, NXTLVL is a great choice. We're glad we trained here and would absolutely recommend it to other families and teams. We are MOST DEFINITELY coming back in the offseason.

Half the…read moremembers looked like they were auditioning for a protein powder commercial, the staff was either impossible to find or looked like they'd just been informed of an incoming asteroid, and the locker rooms smelled like a wet gorilla had been marinating in onion soup. Then I found Fitness 19. It's smaller than most gyms, but that works in its favor. The staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. People actually come here to work out instead of sitting on a machine for 45 minutes scrolling through TikTok and guarding it like it's the Iron Throne. The place is clean, organized, and doesn't smell like a medieval battlefield after three days in the sun. Equipment is where it's supposed to be. Nobody seems determined to create chaos. My only complaint is that it isn't open 24 hours. Sometimes I get the urge to exercise at 2 a.m. after making poor dietary decisions and watching motivational videos that convince me I'm one workout away from becoming Batman. The pricing is reasonable, and they offer additional classes if that's your thing. Personally, I'm just a basic member, and the basic membership has everything I need. No gimmicks, no nonsense, no influencers filming workouts and then asking you to get out of their Oscar Worthy shot. For the first time in a long time,I don't dread going to the gym. That's probably the highest compliment I can give. 2 thumbs up.

I've been a member since 2023. If you're reading OTF reviews you're probably considering joining…read moreand contemplating various fitness formats/gyms etc. You've probably viewed some YouTube videos on how the classes work but essentially at this location you have the following formats - 2G, 3G, Tread 50, Strength 50, and I believe like a lot of OTFs trialing Hyrox format. How it works is you sign up for class on their app. Show up. Eat a bunch of free mints. select a station # on the treadmill or rower (2G) or treadmill or rower or weight floor (3G). If you're in a 2G class you're on treadmill for 23 minutes and weights 23 minutes. If you're in a 3G class you're on treadmill for 14 mins, rower 14 mins, and weights 14 mins. Tread 50 you're on the treadmill whole class (approx 40 mins) Strength 50 you're on the weight floor (approx 40 mins) the whole class. The coaches are there to direct the flow and keep you motivated throughout. Everything is tailored to your abilities and injuries. You can walk, jog, run, haul ass on the treadmills. It is a workout for all ages and abilities. Everyone is kind and welcoming from the members to the coaches. I think the most difficult thing will be taking the first step to give it a shot and then to come back. But if you're reading this then you've made the first step in wanting to change some aspect of your life. Now what you need to do is take the free intro class to get a sense of the place. But 1 class is unlikely to give you the full picture of what OTF can become for you. You need to come back and take those baby steps towards changing your habits. It's never easy starting a new thing. But you need to just show up. Even if you just walk on the treadmills or row casually or do body weight training - just show up. Commit to it. Give it a month before you decide. That's the hardest part. Stop making excuses or pushing it off. You have 1 body and 1 life to live so make it the best life. Ignore the naysayers the negativity and take a step towards change. Don't live with regrets and don't let life pass you by. Shout out to the very sweet, kind, and most important fun OTF crew: Hitch,Rocco, Sarah, Meg, Ray, Hannah, Tiffany, Sareena, Carson, Dakota, Alyssa, Alexa, Kamila,Savanah, Jake, Maddy. Most importantly don't forget to eat the free mints.

I have been a member of this gym location for around 5 years (since it was Gold's Gym) and not only…read morehas nothing changed, it's gotten worse. Even under Gold's machines were constantly broken, weights were disorganized and all over the place, and locker room amenities were frequently out of order. What kept me at this gym was the location, as it's only 5 minutes away from my house. When EOS took over I was hopeful that this location would get much needed work done, but that really hasn't been the case. Instead, machines remain old, and poorly taken care of. Somehow, whenever I visit multiple machines are down, or missing parts, or have loose cables. If something gets fixed it doesn't remain fixed for long and this definitely impacts the average customer's workout. This location can get insanely crowded (often with large groups of middle/high schoolers) and the less equipment available, the longer you have to wait to get your workout done. It is frustrating having to search for working equipment, and what is working is in very poor condition. It's not that I haven't given this feedback to gym management before. They used to frequently reach out and ask about the experience. Despite constantly giving the same feedback and constantly being told "they're working on improving" nothing actually changes. Instead more machines than ever are out of order or damaged in some way (missing pieces, unreadable weight markings, etc.) It seems like they don't care because they actually don't. Since my membership was converted to EOS, I now have the opportunity to visit the other Fullerton location down Chapman. That location is also frequently crowded (and has similar crowds to the Malvern location,) yet somehow their equipment is far newer and in far better shape. In fact they're even open 24 hours so I would assume their equipment is used even more frequently. Newer gym or not, this location could also put the effort into making sure more of its equipment is in top shape, but they don't. Things go broken for days (or weeks) and they're never in a rush to correct it. Now to their credit they have added new things to the gym. The escape room (that no one uses because it's only available to their highest tier membership) and the cardio cinema they converted to a leg room full of brand new equipment (they recently added an unnecessary door to this room so I'm curious if they're gonna put that behind a paywall too.) These additions do little to improve your workout when all the core equipment is in such a sad state. I would not recommend EOS fitness in general, but I would certainly not recommend this location as your main gym. If you want a crowded, subpar experience with limited hours, this might work for you, but there are so many better options from cheaper gym chains. I come to this location less and less, and my most recent visit is probably gonna keep me away much longer. Until the management is changed up or someone decides to actually care about the experience, I don't think it's gonna get any better.
