I'll admit that this company is not a huge provider, but for me that's the guarantee that they're more hands-on, friendly and informal than the average "here now, gone tomorrow" hosting service. I have had a server hosted with them for more than 2 years now, and was able to switch boxes, upgrade to a better server, move to a more advantageous billing option (quarterly) without any issues. When my drive gave up a few months ago, the new one was up within a day. I was also able to install my own O/S rather than have to use one of their preset images. As I'm writing this, I was able to restart my server using the power cycle option from the client portal after it hung up during an update. Overall, I feel they have quite a satisfactory level of customer service, and a good "local" option for managed servers and colocation.
