I called him and asked him to bring it back. Has was here in five minutes. He wanted to charge me $70.00 and I said no. So he charge me $45.00 just for him to come out and not do anything. He lives in the same town so he didn't have to have money for gas. I know he is trying to run a business but I don't like the way he is running it. The last time I had the computer cleaned by one of them, it took seven days for me to get the desktop back. Patrick's price for doing the work was so reasonable compared to what I was quoted by other IT service/computer repair shops. Had Dr. Mac visit our home to evaluate our Mac laptop that has been very hot over the last two…read moremonths. Kevin was very friendly and focused on our 16 inch laptop. Within one hour, he diagnosed that the problem was software related. He "cleaned-up" our system, removed old unused software and applications, and added an application that monitored our temperature and fan speed. It was truly successful and Kevin indicated that we can easily get another five years our of our 2019 laptop. We originally thought that it was a plug vent or broken fan, but rather Keven explained that too much unused software and applications can cause this overheating. We definitely will call Dr. Mac when we have Mac computer problems. He was reasonably priced and we are truly satisfied as you can tell from this review.
