When I initially called to schedule an appointment for a free estimate, the man was very pushy, direct, and didn't offer me an estimate or even his name, but I decided to still give it a try. I called him Sunday at 11am to cancel the appointment for the estimate because there ended up being more work we had left to do on the house. Before I could even explain the man became extremely irate and began guilt tripping me and throwing racial slurs as well. I continued to ask him to slow down, so that I may explain, but he wouldn't and began threatening me, even saying he would show up at the house anyways after I told him not to come. At that point I lost my cool and it just turned into a pissing contest. He continued to bring up that today was a Patriots game, and his guys sold their tickets for this jobs, which doesn't make sense because I only ever asked for a free estimate, not to have it removed directly after that day. I would avoid this "company" if they are one, at all costs. There was no sense of professionalism, or customer service since the beginning. When I checked to see what other reviews there were after the incident, there was one that was almost hidden saying "1 review not recommended" which makes me wonder why when they seemed to have a similar experience to me.
