I have an older HP computer. It was running slow, but doing the job. The battery and charging chord were replaced once and all seemed to be okay. Today, after working on an important document, the low battery notice came on although my computer was plugged in. The screen went black and I couldn't turn the computer back on. The horror! I thought it crashed! :( My daughter recommended taking my computer to this little shop to have the problem diagnosed. She had been there before and was satisfied with the service. I paid $45.-- for the diagnosis, but the fee be applied towards the cost of any repairs, etc. Well worth it. A couple of hours later, Jose had my problem solved. It didn't crash. Thank you Lord! My computer had a damaged charging port that needed to be replaced and the replacement charger I was using was bad. It was draining my battery. After Jose installed a new DC jack and I purchased an original HP charger, I can say he saved the day. And, my document is still saved. Yay! Hello guys I just wanted to add that my experience here with Jose is always a good one. He has fixed 4 of my computer that i have taken in over the years. I never needed and appointment. He has always repaired my computers on time or earlier very pro active and professional. Takes pride in his customers. I bought a laptop from him one time and im pretty sure the person i gifted it to had something to do with the button coming off. So anyhow I took it back to him and he fixed it with no charge. Now thats Loyalty That really showed me alot about how he runs his business. Even tho the paper said "As Is" and "All Sales Final I walked out of there a Happy customer. I took in my computer that someone had given me and it needed a lot of work to be done and some upgrade, Jose was very quick to jump on the problem to repair and upgrade it. when I got the computer back the first time it wasn't working well but when I called Jose he didn't hesitate to tell me to bring it back so he can fix it again, no hesitation at all, when I brought the computer back for the second time he worked countless hours to repair the problem at no extra charge nor did he give me the run around, Every single time I called him he always picked up and made time to talk to me. Jose was excellent. I stopped in with my computer which had a bad hard drive and a bunch of information we wanted off of it. This isn't the first time my wife and I tried to get the computer fixed and recover the lost pictures. We originally turned it into a place in Oceanside who had it for several months only to tell us that they can't recover any of the data and charged us $60 for an external hard drive that didn't fix the computer!! Jose had our computer for one day, ONE DAY, and not only replaced the hard drive in the computer and reinstalled Windows and Microsoft Office, but also was able to recover 70GB of data from the bad hard drive!!
