So......did my first Cryo therapy today and it was uh.......cold. Actually it wasn't near as bad as I thought. -190 degrees for 160 seconds. I can objectively say I feel amazing. Ethan gave me a ton of great info, a session at the oxygen bar and some CDB cream for my shoulder. He was awesome. I feel like the Botox here is a scam. For years I have used 45- 50 units in my upper face every quarter by a real MD. Now all of a sudden I need MORE than double. It took longer to see a result start then in 3 weeks I had to go back and get the same amount!!! I won't be back and I will go back to a real MD. If the result is slow or not very noticeable after 55 units something is wrong! Either mixed with saline or the amount injected is not what they are telling you that you are getting! At least at MD I see him open up the new vial which was not done here. And touch ups at MD are free with MD because the guarantee their work! read more

I recently had booked an hour long facial & it was without-a-doubt the best facial I've ever had in my life. The products were great, the massage was soothing, the vibe of the beauty room set the mood for a relaxing hour of pampering, and the bed is warmed up to the perfect temperature every time. I also became a huge fan of the heated steamer that really opened up my pores as well as the light therapy we used for anti-aging. Cutting Edge Cryo is awesome! I had never tried this therapy before and after my boyfriend and I went in for a walk in we decided to try it out. We lead a healthy fit lifestyle and we're always looking for things to help us along the way. We we welcomed warmly into a beautiful Spa like atmosphere. Payton explained the benefits of doing Cryo and walked us back to see the chamber. We changed into the provided Fuzzy robs, socks and slippers and we were ready for our first Session. Naturally being nervous and slightly skeptical we were engaged throughout the entire experience. It's been over a month now of 3/4 sessions a week and we were hooked Day 1! Our bodies feel great and I notice an immediate change in myself when I step out of the chamber. Soreness,stiffness,inflammation, appetite, goodnight sleep. And so much more. I'm not a fan of being cold as most people might be but it is 100% bearable and only last up to 3 minutes. I came into Cutting edge Cryo after running a brutal half marathon that worked out primarily my calves due to the amount of hills during the race. Love this place. Great for my aches and pains. The whole body cryo is so amazing. The toning and sliming is prefect for what I was looking for. The employees are very helpful and very friendly. I encourage people to do this today. I also love the compression, although I think it is called something else.
