I have a Toto toilet, the valve is acting up so I go to the Toto store to ask for help. I did not know they moved to this new location about two years ago, but I'm glad that I always "Yelp" it before I head down to any store, and for sure, they moved. It is now on Waiwai Loop right next to the rail station and Lagoon Chinese restaurant. They have a few parkings in front of the store. Once you enter the store, I was like "wow", the display are so nice. There are so many choices, everywhere you look, it is like a dream bathroom or kitchen display. The people who work there are also very helpful. I showed them the video of my toilet valve issue. They explained to me the steps that I need to do to change the valve. They even bring out a sample valve to show me how to do it, such information helps me a lot when I do my repair instead of reading through the manual. If you need bathroom stuffs, this is the place to go. They also have plumbing services, but it will cost me $100 to have someone change the valve for me. Since I did valve replacement before, I end up just do it myself. Go check this place out. read more

Would give 6 stars if I could. So replacing a toilet is never high on the fun-things-to-do list ... after visits to Lowes and Home Depot I was even more disillusioned. Couldn't get plumbers to respond for quotes to install a toilet so when I saw the ad in Midweek that The Bathroom Store had a sale I called right away. Chay was so very pleasant and helpful .... I think it took only 5 minutes on the phone to order the toilet and installation. The emailed invoice arrived shortly thereafter with a note from Chay that she had already made an appointment with Irving (a plumber with whom they contract.). Irving was equally impressive - arrived right on time, made super short work of the installation (oh, did I say that he picked up the toilet and brought it ? Not like the big box places where we would have had to lug the thing home) AND he took away the old one (admittedly for an extra charge but SO worth it.) Just a first class experience start to finish .. and the price was totally in line with the big box stores, even a little cheaper in total. Irving M. the plumber arrived just before 8 a.m. He is upstairs working on the first new toilet. Snafu- we have no outlet next to the toilet so he will have to return with parts cuz the washlets needs an outlet to operate. When I asked I was told the remote just needs two batteries. Be forewarned. An outlet is a requirement. Irving removed the old toilet first. Hubs went to CVS to buy 2 three prong extension cords temporarily til he comes back another day. After that he will continue with the downstairs toilet. Fingers crossed things go smoothly from here on in. Hopefully the job can be completed within a couple days. read more

We recently visited the bathroom store to see their bathroom accessories. It appears this is the one of the only places that supplies Toto. We did make an appointment and took off work to meet with a specific sales person. Unfortunately when we got there she was servicing other customers. We were then told that the store really doesn't take appointments. However, another sales person assisted us. The experience itself was painless. The store offers a number of higher end bathroom sinks, showers, toilets and other fixtures. The salesperson was very helpful and made sure we had all the correct plumbing with the accessories. There is a separate contractor pricing if you are working with a contractor and does save you a bit. They do have catalogs you can order from. The big draw for people are the Toto toilets so be sure to take a look because they have a wide selection. read more

What a great place the Bathroom store. This was our 2nd time having a great experience with the Bathroom Store. Our first time was to replace the 2 toilets in the new house at that time. It was a very good process of remove and replace. This time, way down the road of the initial purchase, we needed the inside parts replaced and installed. After looking on line and seeing the high cost other plumbers were suggesting for this project, I thought why not call the Bathroom Store that we originally purchased the toilets from! Boy was I glad I did. Not only were we able to pick up all the parts at a reasonable price, but they had an in-house Plumber. He was able to install for us with an install price that was 1/3 of what a Plumber online was quoting us without actually talking to us directly. Everyone at the store was friendly and helpful. Are you reluctant to buy a cheap bathroom vanity from Home Depot because you know it will chip within the first year? That's what lead us to The Bathroom Store. Once there, we we greeted by Steve Korn, one of their salesmen. We liked their showroom model right away and we ordered the more expensive, sturdier and refined vanity from him and a faucet to match. I especially like the soft close drawer slides. Steve is very personable and made our initial purchase easy. The vanity arrived 45 days later as expected at the store. We arrived to pick it up and Steve helped us unpack it and load it into our car. The base was loaded without incident. But when Steve unboxed the porcelain sink top, there was a huge crack next to the sink. It must have taken a serious blow because the packing was stout. We were pressed for time and suggested that we take home the demo sink top instead. Steve agreed and began removing same from the demo base. It was then we discovered that the demo had three holes where the one we ordered had one. The one-hole faucet we had ordered wasn't going to work with the demo top. Not a problem with Steve. He allowed us to return the faucet and gave us a discount on the demo sink top. I was feeling so good about Steve that I looked around the store for something else to buy. We found a TOTO bidet attachment. My wife has always wanted one and now it know why. It's more than a bidet. It's a weight loss machine. Ha ha read more

We stopped by this store looking for a bathroom remodel options. The salesperson was very helpful, polite and pleasant to work with. Prices are fairly high but they appear to only sell quality products. However the store has a very limited selection of mostly Toto products: there are a number of toilet options but very little of anything else. We could not find any faucets or shower doors we liked. If you are not looking for a toilet you should look elsewhere. read more

I ordered a walk in tub from a vendor on the mainland over 10 years ago. The door seal failed less than 2 years after it was installed. Had problems with manufacturer to get it fixed. And it was never fixed. Finally going to replace the walk-in tub. But this time want to stick to a local vendor. I was referred to Everett at the The Bathroom Store in Mapunapuna. He has been so patient with my million questions regarding a walk-in tub, the pros and cons, etc. When I stopped by the store to make a payment on the walk-in tub, I discovered they also carried Toto toilets, kitchen sinks and faucets, bathroom fixtures, tubs, and bathroom sinks. It's not a huge showroom but does show a good variety of manufacturers and products they carry. Their pricing is very reasonable. That I ended up purchasing three toilets, some bathroom fixtures and a walk-in tub. My sincere gratitude to Everett for all his time and professional advice regarding the toilets and walk-in tub. He made the entire visit painless, enjoyable and fun. I feel very confident in the products purchased. On a side note, they have quite a bit of parking. But be mindful. The entrance to their parking and showroom is off of Puuloa. If you use maps on your phone, it will tell you to go to Mapunapuna for the entrance. This is incorrect. The Bathroom Store has an amazing showroom. They feature virtually all models of the Toto toilet, bathtubs and other items. On my first visit to the store, my salesperson was Johji. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. I would have loved to have given The Bathroom Store my business. Unfortunately, they are basically a retail store. Just down the street, they are offering the exact same items for 20 or 30% below retail price. For a $2,000 toilet, that translates into many hundreds of dollars of savings. I understand that business is business but you should match your competitors if they are only a few minutes away with such a big price difference. When me and my wife were thinking of doing bathroom renovations, we know that looking for stuff would be tough because we live on an island and everything needs to be shipped, so we anticipated that it'll take awhile for products to get here. We had bad experiences from other vendors like Lowe's since their products are too dime a dozen and ok quality, we had to look for a place that sells good quality products. Then came the Bathroom Store. Everett and Bo were very helpful in helping us with our bathroom renovation. We would've bought our whole bathroom from this store, but limitations to our condo structure prevented us from buying all the goods here. But we bought our acrylic bathtub, shower fixtures, towel bars, sink drain, faucet, and the vanity. The only thing we didn't buy was a toilet. Well we did buy the toilet but like I said there were condo limitations such as a wall mounted toilet. The one we got was a floor mounted toilet one. But we had to return it. They do have wall mounted ones, but those ones were technologically advanced for my building structure, which my apartment building couldn't fit. It sucks that we couldn't get one, now that I wish I had a house. But when I buy a house, I'll be coming here for toilets lol. All The products here are excellent and their customer service is exceptional. Though the one thing you should consider again is that we live on an island and everything is SHIPPED in. Sometimes they may not have stuff in stock and you'd have to wait weeks to a month for products to get shipped in although you can expedite it for a fee. If you're returning items, you may have to pay for a restocking fee. But the products do have warranty and they stand by their products and that is legit exceptional service. We'd like to send a special shoutout to Everett and Bo in helping us find the products that fit our bathroom. They worked hard In Helping us find the products we like and needed. Service and quality are what make this place stand out. We worked with Steve Korn who was super knowledgeable and helpful when we first needed to order for our renovations. Their stuff is high quality and beautiful so expect to pay for it. We got great bathroom cabinets and sinks and Toto faucets and shower head and fancy barn door sliding glass doors for the showers. Anyhow it takes a while to get the stuff bc it's shipped from California. Totally worth it bc it's quality stuff and really beautiful. Steve so helpful in figuring out measurements etc. Unfortunately had a leak on the toto faucet part and when we called bathroom store they helped us to figure out how to get in touch with Toto for the part. We spoke with whoever was working when I called. Then we got an email from Steve Korn who we hadn't spoken with in over a year and he gave is the invoice, the detailed instructions on how to get help from Toto and with the offer to contact Toto himself if we had any problems. This is the first yelp post I have done. But I had such a great experience with this business, especially, Steve, that I had to post this to share it with everyone. We are in the middle of renovating our forever home and initially went to another specialty store for appliances and bathroom fixtures. We initially ordered toto toilets from this other appliance store and was happy with their services, initially. However, due to Covid, it was very difficult to reach out to the initial specialty appliance store so we started to shop around. We found The Bathroom Store, As we were driving home and decided to drop in. IT WAS THE BEST THING that happened during the renovation process. We met Steve, who treated us like family and took the time to make sure our home was customized to our likings. This store did not only have the largest Toto toilet selection I have ever seen, but we got all our matching bathroom fixtures, LED mirrors, and shower doors as well. In fact the Toto toilets were cheaper than the other specialty store we initially ordered from. I believe you get to know a business when things DO NOT go as planned and this business stepped up their game when our contractor ordered the wrong size bathroom door. Steve and his team, formulated a contingency plan and immediately ordered the correct door size and SAVED THE DAY!!! Hi everybody, I recently purchased a Nexus one-piece toilet and S500E washlet from The Bathroom store. My salesperson was Cheryl Gutierrez who was extremely helpful. Since the washlet needs an electrical outlet Cheryl recommended their electrician "Sky The Electrician" who installed an electrical outlet in my bathroom.
