It definitely leaned more towards classic dishes with nothing too out of the ordinary. They started us with some complimentary canary melon which was sweet and juicy mmm. For my actual breakfast, I went with the pancake and a side of sausage (because protein). The pancake was much grander than I expected; it was a single cake that was topped with butter, fruit compote, powdered sugar, and maple syrup. This really exceeded my expectations - the cake was huge and super thick with the perfect amount of components; it was definitely a more cakey pancake if that makes sense. They also are great at getting breakfast to your door early, which makes trips to Montreal so much easier, especially if you're going for work. They always have a great selection of drinks, full bar so they offer everything, and the bartenders has been the same for at least a couple years. They're really nice. They do a good job. Ask for the food, it is always good, and the part I love is that they're very good about allergies when you mention it to them. They offer gluten-free bread and they change out ingredients.
