I didn't know you could actually pick truffle Parmesan fries for the combo and ended up ordering it separately. The burger itself was really good and I'm not sure if it was the raclette cheese. I think even with any type of cheese, the burger would've been just as delicious. I mean, our entire group had different types of burgers and they all really liked theirs. We travel a lot and we're from Colorado where craft beer and pubs are plentiful, and we can't say enough about how much we enjoyed the beer, the food, and the service at The Barrel. This is one of our favorite little haunts on earth! We so enjoyed our servers Winona, Gabriel, and Sandy and Brad the owners. There was always great craft beers on tap and every morsel of food was exceptional. The selection of beers to buy and takeaway is excellent as well. If you're a dessert connoisseur, make sure to ask what Sandy has whipped up--we had a lemon tarte, apple strudel, and snicker brownie that we still drool over when we talk about our time at The Barrel :D
