Produce are fresh and the affable staff are passionate about their offering. For our tartare, there was the most conventional choices of salmon and tuna, but we decided to try a salmon trout and it turned out to be delicious and a bit different choice. You could taste the freshness and high quality at every bite. The also have a good variety of oysters to choose from and the prices are good. They also offer ready to eat cooked meals that we haven't tried but it did look very good.
