Poliseno has good food, however, lately customer service has gone down for ordering online. The restaurant doesn't care about making costly errors right. Ex. I ordered 4 calzones online which cost me $65.00. plus I gave the delivery driver a five dollar tip. Instead of poliseno sending 4 calzones poliseno sent 4 barbecue chicken subs that were so small a baby would not have filled up off of it. I call them to inform them of the error and was told poliseno could not eat the error. I was told if I would have called the order in directly to the store instead of the online representative the store could have done something about the mistake. So I'm stuck with four miniature subs that cost me $65.00. Poliseno has lost a good paying customer. I will never order anything from there again and I will tell anyone who ask to never order from poliseno on-line because the store workers feels it's okay to take advantage of its customers who order online. read more

Management rude to Bumbo claat!!! I Ordered A fish Sandwich they gave me a chicken sandwich, not realizing and being really hungry started taking multiple bites, then realized it was chicken, I'm a Rastafarian and I haven't eaten chicken in over 10 years, I told them I don't want a next sandwich I want my money back, the guy told me to eat it it's not going to do me anything I'll be fine! Disrespecting my beliefs as a Rastafarian. Then he walked to the back and slapped down $7 on the counter and told me not to come back there again he don't want to see my face in that place again. How rude and disrespectful. Didn't say sorry for messing up my order and I got kicked out of the restaurant. I'm not going to waste your time. I consider myself a pizza guru. I could eat it 5 times a week. This pizza is the best on the planet! I don't want to be brash, but it doesn't matter what kind you get. The crust is to perfection and the portions are enormous! I wouldn't recommend a single pizza pie place over this one. It's nothing fancy to look at but it's my absolute favorite! I used to go here all the time when I worked in Dover (Delaware Eye Care) but I've been in Milford & was ecstatic when I heard they opened one in my home town here. I had their spinach, ricotta, white pizza for lunch today & was able to save a slice for dinner because they're so generous w/ their portions. Place is nice and staff is friendly we ordered a take away pizza Hawaiian with onion and pineapple. It was delicious and best part was fresh pineapple and not from the can one. Nothing about this place is New York style. The pizza goes through a conveyor model, which is not New York style. Poliseno's also implemented chicken and rice as a replication of "halal guys," which is not even close. The ingredients used are below grade. The employees take smoke breaks and don't wash their hands, which is a health hazard. This place is pathetic. read more

This sells good mom and pop food. I ordered pizza, wings, and pasta. The cons would be they forgot to include my garlic bread with the baked ziti and it was very dry and needed more sauce. In contrast, my son loved the pizza and i enjoyed the wings. I will return if I happen to be in the area. read more

I actually really enjoy polisenos food. HOWEVER.. recently they stopped accepting cards from students at Delaware state university. Something about being scammed multiple times.. that's fine I understand. Tonight we were calling to place an order.. I just moved here from Italy. I ordered a pizza and mild wings. The wings were rubbery and the sauce was really thin (runny). The pizza was edible to say the least. The sauce just seemed very artificial, probably out of a can. I wouldn't be surprised if the dough was frozen.
