Bought a new Sunny Side Up (Queen plush) from them sight unseen over the phone after reading reviews and loving the idea of a quality mattress with interchangeable top layer. Jenifer was extremely helpful explaining the different mattresses and top layer options. Made my choice, had it shipped across the country, and after a few weeks decided I didn't like the feel of the top layer I'd chosen. Once again Jenifer came to the rescue, figured out what I needed and shipped me a replacement top layer (plush latex instead of plush polyfoam). Rested Pillow does it again! We purchased our second mattress from RP and couldn't be more happy when their customer service, speed, and personal touch. Our latest bed was for our daughter who moved to a "big girl bed". Nick personally delivered the bed within 24 hours of our request for pricing. Amazing service. Our little girl was able to sleep in her bed the day it arrived and we didn't have to juggle storage or timing or things. Top notch. Happy toddler! My husband and I both travel a lot for work and can't wait to get home to our original RP mattress and get a great night's sleep. (Dont skimp on the pillows too, we love ours and they make all the difference!). Wofe has been looking for a new bed for months Sleep number , Sealy , and a dozen other, we have spent thousands on queen box springs and mattresses over tje last 17 years . I wanted a firmer bed that was flipable to extend the matress life lick wjen I was A kid mom had use flip it the first of every month . I always sleep like a baby . Well all the matress companys are making cheap matresses tjat you can not flip and have to replace every 5 years because they sag. Well the wife noticed a new small town Mattress store opening in our town call The rested Pillow Mattress Company.So she went and checked ot out. I had two prioritys we were moving to a king bed and The mattress had to be flipable. To my suprise Nick the owner was outstanding He set us up in a King size Mattress That is in the middle Firm /soft that is flippable AND the matress is hand made here in Michigan Capital Mattresses. They make the matresses for The Grand Hotel .Yes keeping my money with a local store and here In Michigan double bonus for me. Got our bed and install , God I finally sleep all night with out waking a dozen time durring the night . Sleeping 7 to 8 soild hours again I feel great and sleep like a little kid again . I thank my wife for finding this place and Nick the owner for showing us the quality Mattresses Capital Mattress Company does. Hands down, best purchase experience. In an attempt to relieve my lower back pain, I went to The Rested Pillow to find a better mattress. Nick is the owner and the one that helped me. Instead of selling me a mattress he educated me on the products he carried so I could make a decision I'd be happy with. The store was clean and simple. After a couple of visits and a few hours laying on mattress I made my decision and scheduled delivery. The bed was made several days later (in Michigan) and delivered to my home in a 'roll pack' method which we found rather fascinating. I've slept on my new mattress for several months now and my wife and I love it and I can definitely tell a difference in my lower back. I've had the gelled microfiber pillow for a week now and am actually liking it over a few of memory foam pillows I have. The stores layout is great. The signs above each bed depict its feel(firm or soft) making finding your type of mattress relatively easy. I personally own a Leesa mattress but after laying on a few of the beds in the store I found that Rested Pillow offers a similar style mattress for a similar price. If you're debating on a Leesa or Casper I'd highly recommend stopping in and checking out the mattress in the store before making a decision. read more
