It's on the corner in the small business lot. It looks kinda sketchy at first glance. I walked in and its a waiting area. An employee comes out of a bigger room that they use as office space. They scan the barcode that you you receive from the potential employer, you're then walked into another room with a locker, where you put all your personal items (they give you the key) and you do your thing for the test. When you come out, they check the sample and seal it in front of you. Once it's completed, they'll give you some paper work that shows you went in and provided a sample.

She constantly makes excuses about not being able to complete my labs, yet somehow ends up doing them anyway. This is also not the first time there have been issues with her leaving during work hours. Lunch hours are supposed to be from 12:30 PM to 1:10 PM, but she posted a sign saying she would not return until 2:30 PM and still did not come back until almost 2:40 PM. Many patients arrived and ended up leaving because she was never there. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disregard for patients' time is unacceptable.

It is a frustrating experience to undergo a fasting blood draw only to have to technician give up without completing the draw leaving me feeling that I am wasting my time. The ones that were successful in drawing my blood were quite professional and positive. I would suggest to the call center management to set up urine experiences with the technician prepared to receive the sample. Also, there needs to be an understanding that paperwork including bills may need to be sent somewhere other than where the blood draw took place. On the rating score I will give a 4.

I also had to request for a copy of the lab results separately because they weren't provided to me, so technically, without attending this appointment or following up myself, I wouldn't know have even known my annual physical results. I never had to pay for physicals with other primary care providers, so getting this additional "medical visit" charge for reviewing my annual lab results just feels really unsavory. It feels like a double billing. Also I was charged a small amount for the labs from Quest Labs which is bizarre.

I have provided proof of my canceled check several times, left voice mails and e-mailed the billing department. I was only able to call them because I got a number off the internet. The two numbers they provided on the collection letters they mailed me were out of service. What dick heads. I am still fighting this and will take them to court if my credit report is adversely affected. I am glad my doctor stopped using them, she was unhappy with them as well.
