Yesterday my Brother had successful Heart Surgery with Dr. Discepolo. Today on Saturday 9-6 less than 24 hours after his surgery My Brother is back to his old self again. He was laughing & smiling. It brought joy to our family knowing my brother was no longer suffering & struggling to breathe because of his heart issues. During Isabella's current assignment, she comes daily, seven days a week, to administer IV antibiotic treatments for a very serious infection in his spine. Instead, she used the limited hospital supplies we were given--twice--despite the fact that the hospital only provided a few temporary items, and we had to pay out of pocket for more supplies. She would just stop by to check on him and use our supplies without bringing her own. This is not quality care--the care was poor, and they do not deserve to be paid by the insurance since they barely did anything. She only came in, changed the bandage without even cleaning the area. Anyone could have done that, not just a medical assistant.

A general surgeon (authorized by my pcp) and my doctor were concerned about my GI issues so I was passed over to inSite to get a better understanding of what is going on. The staff here are so nice. Like really nice for a medical office. I don't expect that for my medical visits but the front office staff are really sweet and easy to talk to. Dr. Pan is a wonderful doctor; his explanations are easy to follow and doesn't bombard you with medical jargon. I personally don't have good experiences with specialists but the doctor has good bedside manner and doesn't have an abrasive personality.
