I told her I was there to pick up the white roses and lilies, but she said they didn't have any white roses. I explained that I had placed an order that morning and expected it to be ready. She responded that there was no bouquet waiting for me. I asked why I had been told they had the flowers when they didn't, and why no one called to inform me they couldn't fulfill my order.
