DONE! Their follow-up repair service is also excellent. They respond, however small the problem.

They stiffed us on the first installation day, but then showed up unexpectedly a few days later. The problem is, the doors they installed were the wrong color and not what we ordered and the hardware was wrong. One screen was slashed from top to bottom. This wasn't evident until after they were installed. Our house is architecturally significant, and the installer had to create new holes and install hardware where there wasn't hardware before. Big L indicated they could just swap out the doors and get us the right color, but that that would leave us with holes and damage from the original installation. Not optimal. After MONTHS of badgering us for payment, but not making any effort to remedy the wrong hardware or ripped screen, we paid a reduced balance, and are left with doors that don't match our house, aren't what we wanted, and without any service to make it right. Oh, and the screen on one of them is still trashed. I wouldn't recommend Big L. There are lots of small companies out there. Try one of those instead.

This company is not even in Buffalo, they are in Saratoga Springs NY, what they do is use google and Facebook to get in front of you for you to call them. They then persuade you to go with them, and once you do they subcontract your work out to a local company. This guy is not legit, he is not licensed anywhere in WNY to do any kind of work. Think 3 times before hiring this basically 3rd party company. It's plenty of contractors in Buffalo who would love to do your project. Why give it to a guy who's not even from here. It's very deceptive to say you're a construction company, but really you just steal leads to re sell to qualified contractors!

While the roof was open they installed 6" of cellulose insulation over the12" of existing fiberglass. Happy to say the quality materials and professional workmanship are still there. Mark and the crew kept our house dry even with the unexpected rain during installation. I was happy to see how little ice I had on my roof with all the snow we had in North Evans this year.
