The cleanup and drying equipment they use is state of the art and the care they provide for your house while conducting business is second to none... heavy duty flooring protection to move equipment through the house, corner protectors, raising up furniture on waterproof blocks to get them out of the water ASAP, etc. On top of the excellent service they provided for the core flooding issue, dealing with them was an absolute pleasure. If only we could give 0 stars in the review. The destruction that I was left with when I sought the repair of a clog in a second floor bathroom was epic. It took 8 days to find and remove the clog. Late or no shows was a common occurrence. I was never able to get a description of the problem, the scope of work to be done, not even an estimate. The rudeness and lack of information was a concern right from the beginning. They tore out a beautiful 100+year old oak and mahogany floor that was not even damaged. Throughout the process the company reps kept insisting that we do not discuss with our insurance company and now we know why. The job is inaccurately described. The work was not done and they demanded that the insurance company only deal with Restoration 360. We finally refused to allow them access and have had to hire other providers to finish the job. It is now 6 weeks later and still not finished.
