We were allowed to share it so we got to catch up and have some much-needed girl time. The red light bed runs for 15 minutes and I'm pretty sure I may have fallen asleep for a little haha. My mom did a foot detox at the end and I can't tell you how surprised we both were. The water went from clear to a mucky Brown with a layer of sludge on top. So gross and satisfying! The staff here is really awesome. They were super helpful and accommodating and not pushy at all about joining. My birthday is coming up in August and I'm hoping my husband will give me a membership. Fingers crossed! Either way, I'm sure I will stop by in the future.

The sauna room door has been dragging and difficult to open and close for at least 6 months now. I've mentioned it multiple times, but nobody seems too concerned about it. Right now it's more of an annoyance, but if it continues to get worse, it could easily become a safety issue. At that point the sauna will probably have to be shut down completely for repairs that could have been handled much earlier. The gym itself is decent, but management needs to be more proactive about maintenance before small issues turn into bigger problems.

The rest of the jets are basically bubbles coming out of the wall water under pressure, it's not the kind of pressure you need after a good workout. There are other places like the YMCA & others, which have better facilities, newer equipment we have choices. Please do something with the system you have existing at LA fitness in Goodyear.

She doesn't just lead a workoutshe actually teaches. She takes the time to correct form, offers thoughtful modifications, and makes sure everyone feels both challenged and supported, no matter their level. What really sets her apart is the consistency and care she brings every single session. You can tell she genuinely wants her clients to improve and feel stronger, and that kind of energy is rare. I've taken a lot of group fitness classes over the years, and this is by far one of the best experiences I've had. If she ever left, I would seriously reconsider my membership. She is a huge asset to Lifetime Goodyear.

I went to EOS for 1 week and their personal coach instead of acknowledge the fact that all I wanted to do was to leave the house after several months of isolation and excessive eating disorder her goal was to make me feel terrible her name (Britney in Goodyear) instead not satisfied told me that I have failed in the past and would fail again if I didn't sign for their personal coaching program. I had to verbally state that she was giving me anxiety when she continue to bully me asking if money was a problem. 2 months later I gave a change again this time when to mountainside fitness in Avondale and Alyssa their personal training welcomed me in measure my weight taught me new moves and told me I'll be here and will keep an eye on your and hold you accountable despite of you not signing in for trainer. Why I am sharing this? To thank mountainside for their greatness. Not every person is seeking for six pack. Then I was annoyingly told that I should have called to request that--the online booking system should state to call if that is necessary for this service. Why have online booking if you can't fully book online?!? Or, if your system can't offer those details which you need to properly pace appointments, why not call or text to confirm?!? Disappointing and a waste of time and money. To her credit, Lacy offered to not do parts of the service to squeeze in the gel. She's kind, friendly and does a great job! I would have cancelled and walked out but didn't want to leave her without a client...management, do better for your friendly staff and your customers. When I went to pay, the woman at the checkout--who is lacking in customer service--had the audacity to explain gel was taken off the online booking because in the past people booked "gel" that thinking it was a pedicure. This explanation was pathetic and made it even worse indicating management knows this is a problem and has not addressed it! Why not put "name of pedicure+gel"--or add "for gel services please call spa directly" upon checkout, this isn't rocket science. I was then told customary gratuity was 20% suggesting I could decrease, why would I do that and penalize the staff?!?!--this wasn't Lacey's fault it's management's booking system!!!! Despite this deficiency in your booking system, not receiving all elements of and a rushed pedicure, I was still charged full price. A small discount, an offer to use the spa's steam room or simple genuine un-excuse filled apology would have gone a long way.
