The sauna room door has been dragging and difficult to open and close for at least 6 months now. I've mentioned it multiple times, but nobody seems too concerned about it. Right now it's more of an annoyance, but if it continues to get worse, it could easily become a safety issue. At that point the sauna will probably have to be shut down completely for repairs that could have been handled much earlier. The gym itself is decent, but management needs to be more proactive about maintenance before small issues turn into bigger problems.

The rest of the jets are basically bubbles coming out of the wall water under pressure, it's not the kind of pressure you need after a good workout. There are other places like the YMCA & others, which have better facilities, newer equipment we have choices. Please do something with the system you have existing at LA fitness in Goodyear.

She doesn't just lead a workoutshe actually teaches. She takes the time to correct form, offers thoughtful modifications, and makes sure everyone feels both challenged and supported, no matter their level. What really sets her apart is the consistency and care she brings every single session. You can tell she genuinely wants her clients to improve and feel stronger, and that kind of energy is rare. I've taken a lot of group fitness classes over the years, and this is by far one of the best experiences I've had. If she ever left, I would seriously reconsider my membership. She is a huge asset to Lifetime Goodyear.

They did not disappoint. First I had a salt scrub followed by a massage with a scalp treatment. John was very professional and good at his trade. The atmosphere was very soothing and the room very comfortable. After the scrub I took a shower to rinse the salt off before the massage. The room has a connecting shower. After the fabulous massage I was taken to the room next door with zero gravity recliners. Such a nice relaxing room. Then I changed into my swimsuit and sat in the jacuzzi. Then swam laps in the lap pool. Then a shower, with all the vitals included (shampoo, conditioner, body wash). They also have a lot of toiletries such as shower caps, tampons, toothbrushes, hair ties, razors etc). I sat in a quiet meditation room awaiting my facial. Haven was very good and the room so comfy. I would highly recommend for any special occasion or to treat yourself. You can also order lunch by the pool, but I didn't. You can spend the whole day relaxing when you sign up for a service there. The spa isn't worth the cost nor time, and I left feeling ignored, tense, and unrelaxed. Utterly disappointed. The masseuse staff *almost* make up for the dismissive front end. Communicative, responsive, and remarkably skilled in the mudwrap and massage combination. Told us what to expect, where to find soaps to remove the mud, and they paid attention to muscle responses when it got deep. Kudos to the massage team.
