After filling out paperwork, the owner Tom gave us a tour and explained to us the Cryotherapy process. The place was clean and organized, and had a cool modern vibe. My boyfriend went first and loved it. I went and was freezing (obviously the point) but Tom did a good job of talking to you so you don't think about how chilly it is. It ends up being the price of a doctor appointment. I found this place on Groupon in December,and decided to go for it. The drive was a hump for me. I wish it we're closer. The session is no joke. IT'S.SO.COLD. For three minutes it feels like three hours. However I felt absolutely amazing for a week. The place is quaint and clean. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They do packages. If you have joint pain or different ailments this may help. I hear it's great for autoimmune symptoms. I have thyroid disease and recovering from Lyme. This helped with pain and inflammation.
