This place is clean, a Nashville twist with holiday vibe stay, there was a booklet in every room to tell you about what in the surrounding area, and must visit places in Nashville which was really helpful for first timer like myself. There was a drug store right across of the property so it was convenient if you forgot to bring your essentials or for some late night snacks. Checking in for the hotel is different since there was no one really work at the lobby, also the parking is kind of confusing since they use the cones to block off some lots during certain hour. I wouldn't say it's bad it's just different. There's a sport bar located on the side of the hotel and an outdoor seating area worth checking out.

We just stayed at The Gallatin for a second time but we brought friends with us so we stayed in one of the suite rooms (room 116). The room was spacious and had more than enough room for the five of us staying there. It had a kitchenette that was minimal but still stored our drinks and snacks. Each bedroom offered space and three showers. The Gallatin is very simple but functional as a hotel and it is a perfect place to get away from the busier areas and get some peace in the very quiet hotel environment. We spent a lot of time in East Nashville where the Gallatin is located but the hotel is still close to Broadway and other areas nearby. If we had any questions we were able to get ahold of someone very quickly so don't be afraid of the "concierge-less" concept. It felt nice to not feel bothered and we took advantage of the free coffee, sparkling water and after we checked out we were able to use their lockers to store our luggage before our flight out. This hotel is unique and its backstory is one of a kind. Just book it and you'll be so grateful that you did. We will absolutely be coming back very soon.

Nashville was the destination for our annual girls trip and we had an amazing time! My sister and cousin hosted/coordinated our trip and we opted to stay at the Gallatin Hotel! Part of our decision stemmed from their connection with the community as some of the proceeds go to support the unhoused in their area, I simply loved that! The venue...was made for us! It's named a hotel but run more like an Airbnb which I enjoyed! There were 6 of us and we had the dorm style bedroom with two rooms of bunks that could sleep 8. The sleeping quarters were nice, beds spacious, comfy and clean! There were bathrooms in each room, to include a total of three showers and a toilet. There was a separate toilet as you near the sleeping quarters. Overall, I enjoyed the space and it's located 10-12 mins away from the city. They offer a coffee/tea bar in the common area (a Keurig in the room also which was spot on after a night of partying), a whole room dedicated for glam which my diva friends loved (and it frees up the bathroom ). My only concerns were that the separate bathroom didn't have a sink (Sis put sanitizing/hand wipes in there) so you would have to go to the kitchen to wash your hands, there were also no kitchen necessities or cleaning supplies (like a broom, kitchen towels, paper towels, plastic utensils, etc ) luckily the hotel is located between a CVS and Walgreens so we got some items to last through our trip and lastly there was no recycling bin that I saw (I'm a huge recycler). I would definitely return if ever in Nashville again.

Stayed here for a work trip and really enjoyed it. It's very modern and hip and colorful af. Check in was easy and contactless, they just text you the door codes which is great cause I hate talking to anyone after a long flight. The bed was really comfy and the rest of the time was high quality. It came with a fancy Dyson hair dryer that is $350 MSRP but sadly my hair was too short to truly test it out. Also the Gallatin donates their profits to help house the homeless so another reason to stay at this hotel!

    Photo Booth in the lobby!

We enjoyed our stay at The Gallatin. The coolest part to me was the Photo Booth! It sends the pictures right to your phone. I also like the little touches that boutique hotels often miss like local snacks, a free drink coin to the lounge next door. There was also a guide book of must see activities in the area. If you're into photos, this is your place as there's lots of Instaworthy spots throughout the hotel. Especially the makeup room!

My husband and I stayed at The Gallatin Hotel a few weeks ago and it was an amazing experience. This hotel is absolutely perfect for someone who really enjoys art, culture and being near local spots when traveling. The hotel is about a 20 minute drive from the Nashville airport. When we arrived at the hotel, we were able to easily follow the directions sent to us via email to access the building. The décor in this hotel is just everything! I love that they have so much artwork and color everywhere. Each room actually has a color theme and we stayed in a Deluxe King room with an orange theme. The hotel room was beautiful and modern. I loved the big windows with velvet curtains. The bed was super comfortable and the big bathroom was amazing for two people. I loved the double sinks and the big bathtub (...plus size friendly might I add). This hotel also had a couple of things I wasn't used to in a hotel that I REALLY appreciated such as a steamer for your clothes, a noise machine and even a selfie booth in the lobby. All in all, I loved our stay here and I would love to stay here again! One thing I will note about the hotel is that it does not have an elevator. Also, if you are not familiar with the area like we weren't, I will say that I was appreciative that the hotel is near a CVS, Walgreens and a gas station. Also, there is a plant-based restaurant within walking distance called The BE-Hive, which was absolutely delicious. Also near Kernels Nashville, which is a Black owned popcorn shop, is across the street. Their popcorn is the bomb! I loved that I was able to support so many local businesses while staying at this hotel too.

Happy, Colorful, Retro Hotel with a Great Mission! My husband and I enjoyed our stay at The Gallatin this week. We had a king room (RED!) which was very clean and spacious with lots of natural light. Room included many high end amenities such as a Dyson hair dryer and a Dyson fan/heater, soft linens, local snacks and a cute retro refrigerator. The contactless check-in and check-out was very convenient and a coffee/tea/water station as well as the cutest complimentary photo booth can be found in the lobby area. And knowing a large amount of the proceeds from our stay will go toward helping those in need through their Rooms for Rooms program is amazing. Check out The Gallatin next time you visit Nashville!

The gallatin hotel was an INCREDIBLE stay. It was my first time in Nashville and the Gallatin hotel couldn't be a better first hotel in Nashville for me to stay at. Walking into the hotel you can't help but smile and feel happy because of all the vibrant colors and amazing decor. It also makes you feel so nice that by staying there you are helping those in need! When i got into my room, i stayed in the classic king red room and it was PERFECT. So clean and the beds were SO BEYOND COMFY! I could have slept in those beds for the whole 2 days straight! I also thought the Gallatin staff went over and above to make sure i was okay with texting me daily to make sure i was good and if i needed anything. Also when I asked for a later check out they were more than happy to accommodate. Thank you so much Gallatin, i would 1000% recommend! I felt safe, clean and happy. What more should i ask for???

We had the most amazing time at the Gallatin hotel. My favorite part about this spot was the gorgeous lobby filled with tons of fun photo ops (including a photo booth), luggage storage for after checkout and a well stocked coffee + tea bar. The rooms were beautifully decorated with touches of Nashville theming and the beds were insanely comfortable. I especially enjoyed the Dyson hair dryer & air purifier included in each room. The location was good with just a 10 min Uber into downtown and the contactless check in process was seamless. Another amazing part about this hotel is that they are family owned and they give back to their community with their rooms-for-rooms program. I truly couldn't recommend this place more, I will definitely be staying here again the next time I visit Nashville. Thank you for all your hospitality, Gallatin!!

ice machine, hot beverage bar, sparkling water on tap

I was first drawn to to stay at The Gallatin for their mission of giving back to the community, its history of a converted old church, plus their fun colorful vibe. I wasn't sure what to expect in this alternative style hotel without concierge or regular working staff - would it be easy to stay without that? Would it be safe? Quiet?... Honestly, it was easier, safer, and quieter than traditional hotels. The entrance codes made things so easy to access everything and meant no one was just walking in. I could send messages to hotel staff and they answered right away. There were sound machines in the room, but honestly it was so quiet anyway I didn't need them. Some of the details I really appreciated were the complimentary snacks -- not "free" like you get billed later, but actually part of your stay. Our room had some local gourmet popcorn, chocolate, protein bar, and waters. Our room also came with two drink tokens to get a free beer at the Lucky Duck which is a bar attached to the hotel under it's event space. (The Lucky Duck was so fun and servers so great. And no, there was never any noise from the bar in any of the hotel areas) I loved that our room, in addition to the sound machine, had a nice portable fan. The temperature was already comfortable, but you know its nice to have that extra air flow and ambient noise when sleeping. Also, the pillows were actually nice! Not too stiff or flimsy, I feel like that never happens at hotels. The room also had a very nice hair dryer, a steamer, kurig w/ plenty of pods, kitchen sink, and mini fridge, Some other great guest details throughout the building included an ice machine, fun hot beverage maker w/ mixes (non-alcoholic), and my favorite - sparkling water on tap! There were also shared spaces on each floor, one of which was a room of vanity mirrors and lights. Would be a great space for getting ready together before a wedding or event. If you aren't staying on the main floor, there is not guest available elevator, so keep that in mine before your stay if stairs might be an issue for you. We were on the first floor which I think was mostly basement for the old church (main floor was level 2) so there weren't very big windows, but it still didn't feel like a dark place and the extra lights were cozy. We went to a concert at Bridgestone and used uber to get back to the hotel. It was a $40 uber ride one way during prime business time after the show, but otherwise would be less expensive. Each room comes with one parking spot. I was able to contact the hotel and secure a second spot for my friend who was staying with me. Check out was easy (just entering a different code when you closed your door). There were lots of places to choose from to find near by breakfast and coffee. Would definitely stay here again. We were in a suite that had two sets of bunk beds (4 double beds total) and I already want to go back with my husband and children. Would be great for families. Staying here also makes me want to check out their other hotels in the area.

Super cute and comfy hotel! Love the concept and love all the amenities they added into the rooms, and in the common areas. We are staying in a bunk room, and the beds are incredibly comfortable! I was a little nervous that the room would be too small for 3, but it's surprisingly comfy and I like how the shower and toilet are separate. #thegallatinhotel #buzzybooth

We loved staying here. The concept of a concierge-less hotel is brilliant. The space has a cool, artsy vibe. The room was awesome & the bed was super comfy. The local snacks were yummy. Don't miss the photo booth! We'll definitely stay here again. And the best part is that each stay helps support the homeless community!

I loved staying at The Gallatin, the new boutique hotel in East Nashville. It is colorful, relaxing and quiet. My room faced Gallatin Ave and overlooked the front patio. My room was a king suite corner room with lots of windows and light. The bed was so comfortable and restful. The bathroom had both a walk-in shower and an oversized tub. Wow! The room also had welcome amenities like a Keurig coffee maker, a Dyson fan, mini fridge and a white noise machine. The parking lot is onsite and spacious. I highly recommend The Gallatin to anyone that wants a convenient and relaxing hotel.

My kids loved it and it was like a volleyball pool (deep in the middle) so you can talk and touch the ground with people who aren't swimming. The spa is huge and a ton of groups can fit in there without touching toes which is awesome. I saw an employee take a PH test of the pool so it's nice to see they take care of it. There is an employee in the pool area at all times (at least what I saw) and she was friendly and nice. The best part??? Happy hour! How cool is it that this hotel offered free food and 3 free alcoholic beverages to every guest (drinks for 21+, obviously and unlimited fountain drinks for kids). It was such a nice treat because then we didn't have to pay for dinner every night. It did get crowded, but the employees kept everything clean and moving smoothly it didn't seem like you were standing in line at all. The breakfast was free in the morning, and free dinner really helps with the price of everything in downtown Nashville. I really wish there was a coffee shop inside the hotel lobby, I think there is one around the corner, but it opened a little later so I had to figure something else out. That is my only gripe and that isn't really one! Definitely book this hotel if you have kids, are on a budget, or just want to hang out and enjoy the pool and food.

He told us to go back out to the 6th and 7th level out of the lobby door and to find our truck and hotel keys and come back. He obviously has a lack of comprehension skills as we told him we couldn't not find our truck off of Broadway . Our cousin had two rooms in this hotel and got ours for us as a gift and he acted like we were asking for a kidney when we asked him to call their room. We had blisters on our feet and his snobby and cranky attitude was anything but what I consider the customer service your hotel should be providing. I said what's with the attitude? We had your wonderful breakfast in the morning and had nothing but sweet interactions with housekeeping, the ladies working on the 8th floor and day staff. I was able to book our 4 nights through a combination of Hilton Points and my annual free night off my Amex credit card. Such a deal! And as a Diamond member, I had use of the Executive Lounge and a $30 food and beverage credit. We all had a very pleasant stay. The room was roomy and comfortable, the shower water was hot and strong, and we slept well. Our window faced towards the Hockey Arena, and there was selective Broadway-related noise in the evening. That became background noise soon enough that really didn't affect sleep. However, I suspect that this Hotel is due for some refurbishment as the armrests on the couch were worn and at least one cabinet molding came off. Housekeeping sometimes came late in the day, and after they skipped us after the first night, we made it a point to remind them. As for the $30 food credit, we used the convenient coffee kiosk by the elevators often. Fruit, cookie bars, coffee, and other snacks were often available at the Executive Lounge, although I found this to be one more basic offerings that I'd experienced with Hilton. We didn't really figure out how to have a proper breakfast here, but there were plenty of excellent choices within a short walking distance. The Italian restaurant (separate review) was a pleasant surprise one night for dinner, in terms of value, good food, and excellent service. Then there were the 3 elevator banks, one of which was out-of-service, and required knowing that there were 2 call buttons to keep track of. Parts of the day did require some waiting as every floor (of 10) was often in play. As we headed back to the airport yesterday, I agree with my brother-in-laws comment that with all the location and room positives, this hotel lacked a certain character. Maybe it was size, maybe it was good service without a lot of personality, or maybe because of where they are, they can mail it in occasionally. Or maybe the little things we noticed started to add up. I'm a loyal Hilton Honors member, but if there's a next time for Nashville, I might look at some of their other nearby options.

The negative reviews for this property are crazy. 1. You have to be a particular kind of Karen to complain about the noise from the street. You are on Broadway. There will be street noise. It will continue until 3am. The hotel provides earplugs and white noise generators. If this is going to be a problem for you then book a hotel out in Brentwood. 2. The rooms are small and sparse. They are also clean and cozy. I love it. You aren't coming here to hang out in your room. This is a fun, unique property. If you are expecting a Courtyard (or a Sheraton) book one of those instead. If you have any level of chill and are open to something unique right in the middle of the action, then stay here.

Our room overlooked the local bars and was just the right size for us. The rooftop restaurant was perfect for grabbing a drink and a late-night snack. If you want to be right in the middle of the action, this is a great place to stay!

Doormen greet you at the door, then you get transported back to its 1920's roots. The place was beautifully restored. You can check out the hotels history on the Mezzanine level. Noelle offers something different than the standard big chain hotels, it has charming. Something different from your big brands options. This place sports a a coffee shop, merch shop, hotel lobby bar, rooftop bar & a really cool speakeasy. The hotel is right smack in downtown and easily accessible to Broadway. Right behind the hotel you'll find Printers Alley, music bars! The rooms were a nice size, clean with just beds that were not favorite. They make up for it with a really nice Nespresso Cafe station on every floor of the hotel. Water and ice too. I ordered room service one morning. Everything was tasty, thick bacon, plenty of potatoes and three words "BISQUITS , BUTTER, JAM" Must have!! Order two or 6! I'd definitely stay here again! One thing. A Love Letter to Noelle Hotel - Where Nashville's History Meets Modern Luxury…read more Some hotels simply give you a place to sleep. Noelle gives you an experience. Located at 200 4th Avenue North, just steps from historic Printer's Alley and only a short walk to Broadway and the Ryman, Noelle occupies a beautifully restored 1929 landmark that originally opened as the Noel Hotel. After decades serving as an office building, it underwent a remarkable restoration and reopened in 2017, preserving its architectural soul while transforming into one of Nashville's most beautiful boutique hotels. From the moment I walked through the front doors, I was completely smitten. The first thing that caught my eye? The gorgeous one-inch mosaic tile floor spelling out NOELLE at the entrance. It instantly reminded me of the grand historic hotels I've wandered through in Europe. Every detail feels intentional. The soaring ceilings. The original marble. The stunning Art Deco and Classical Revival architecture. The plush emerald velvet furniture. The dramatic lighting. The oversized artwork. Every corner begs you to stop, admire it, and take another photo. It's truly a feast for the eyes. The location couldn't be better. You're tucked just far enough away from Broadway to escape the chaos, yet close enough to walk to all the music, restaurants, and nightlife that make downtown Nashville so special. The valet staff couldn't have been friendlier, making arrival and departure completely effortless. Even if you're not staying overnight, Noelle is worth visiting. Inside the lobby is Drug Store Coffee, a gorgeous café with beautiful design, an incredible pastry case, excellent coffee, and a menu that made me wish I'd arrived hungry. It feels more like an upscale European café than a hotel coffee shop. I could have happily spent an entire morning there. Downstairs you'll also discover Lona, one of the best restaurant experiences I've had in Nashville. Outstanding food, beautiful décor, exceptional service, and a hidden speakeasy tucked away nearby complete the experience. Honestly, Lona alone is worth making the trip to Noelle. What impressed me most is that Noelle doesn't feel manufactured. It feels authentic. The restoration honors the building's nearly century-long history while embracing modern luxury, art, and Nashville's creative spirit. It's sophisticated without feeling stuffy and elegant without losing its warmth. I didn't stay overnight this visit, but after spending several hours exploring the property, I already know where I'll be booking my room next time I'm in Nashville. Hotels like this remind you that travel isn't just about checking destinations off a list. It's about finding places that make you slow down, look around, and appreciate great design, thoughtful hospitality, and the stories held within historic walls. Noelle is one of those places. Life's too short not to eat well, travel well, and sleep somewhere with a story to tell. Noelle lets you do all three.

I was charged extra for the strawberries and champagne when I had already paid for it by purchasing the "With Love" package to begin with. I was charged an additional 56$ for in room dining that I never even purchased at all. I also didn't receive my $50 credit that the "With Love" package is supposed to come with. I brought these issues to the staff's attention upon checkout when I received my bill and saw so many things wrong with it. The person who answered the phone (night auditor) was leaving around 7am and told me he couldn't help me and that I needed to call back later to speak with a manager. He did not take notes or pass my issue along to anyone, so when I called back later, no one was aware of what happened. To make matters worse, it took a manager 1.5 hours to resolve the issue after my initial phone call at 7am. I called the front desk 3 times and after 1.5 hours with no call back or resolution, I had to go down there myself and demand to speak to a manager. This was my first wedding anniversary with my husband and we will never forget it because of how bad the service was. Even with the additional charges being removed and the manager refunding us about $100 in bar charges, it wasn't enough to make the situation better. We should have been refunded for the entire "With Love" package and charged a standard room rate for our entire stay since the entire "With Love" package was not delivered as promised on the Omni website. The manager tried to help us and did what she thought made sense (removing the charges and comping some bar drinks from our tab), but that doesn't make up for ruining our first wedding anniversary. I NEVER should have had to follow up on any of this. The "With Love" package should have been experienced as advertised and if they couldn't do that, I shouldn't have been charged for it at all. It changes your nightly room rate to a higher cost than what standard guests are paying. I still paid "extra" and didn't receive what I paid for.

I've had better service at Fairfield Inn in Arkansas coming and headed back home than the stay in Nashville. Never again will I stay at the JW Nashville. Tried to let a manager know how their service is below Marriott standards and he could care a less Why shouldn't he care when we're paying 800.00 a night.
