I could not disagree more with Meredith P. on her rating of Jenni. I have been going to Jenni for years; as a matter of fact I followed her across town after she moved to Reunion because I loved the way she does color as well as the cut. I have particularly difficult hair, and it is not easy to find someone to do a good job cutting it, so when I say Jenni is great at what she does, I speak from experience! Jenni is always very careful to make sure she knows what you want and is always asking questions to be sure that you get the color and cut you are looking for. She particularly asks while scheduling the appointment what you are wanting to be sure and allocate enough time. I have NEVER had to wait on Jenni because of this. She gives each customer the time they deserve and does not overbook. Reunion Salon is a wonderful place to go; everyone there has been so nice to me the times I have visited. Jenni is a lovely, caring stylist, so to see someone inaccurately rate the salon and Jenni is very upsetting to me. These types of services are dependent on client ratings, so I hate to see such an unfair rating that can hurt their business. I would be the first person to point out the negatives as well as the positives on a rating because I depend on reviews to select a business service or to buy a product, so me giving the salon and Jenni 5 stars is accurate:) read more

I love everything about this Salon! ESPECIALLY JENNI RENSHAW! Every stylist is super friendly, but my hair is cut regularly by the lovely Jenni Renshaw! I have super thick crazy hair and she does a wonderful job with it. She really cares about what I'm looking for with my hair cuts and always takes as much time as she needs to be thorough, I never feel like she is rushing through to get to the next client. I used to go to a salon where the stylist was always running behind and I have never experienced this with Jenni Renshaw. She is very professional, thoughtful, and very skilled with her scissors. I have been going to Marcus for many, many years. I was thrilled when he and Allison opened Reunion. The entire staff is great. I love Reunion Salon in Avondale Estates. Easy to find with parking both front and rear. Allison has been styling my hair for many years; the color is always perfect, which isn't easy when it is covering white. The cut holds it's shape with minimal care for weeks.
