Warning lights and error messages appeared on the dashboard, and the car began shaking whenever it was driven over 30 mph. We brought the vehicle back, and they charged us an additional $500 for a pedal assembly repair. After getting the car back a second time, the exact same problems remained. After speaking with the owner, we were told to bring the vehicle back again the Friday before Memorial Day weekend. We were told they would start looking at it the next day. It is now a week later, and we still do not have our vehicle. We are now being told that the problem is a transmission issue--something we never experienced before bringing the car to this shop--and they want another $2,500 to repair it. What has been equally frustrating is the lack of communication throughout this entire process. During all three visits, we never received proactive updates about our vehicle. Every time we wanted information, we had to call ourselves. Most calls resulted in being placed on hold, and often no one would return to the phone or call us back. We understand that unexpected issues can happen with vehicle repairs, but the combination of expensive repairs, unresolved problems, new issues appearing after service, and poor communication has made this an extremely disappointing experience. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this shop based on our experience

Most of the time shops reject servicing a Diesel truck but the shop had no problems helping fix the issues. I upgraded to Warn locking hubs and I had a bearing failure. The shop sourced the bearing and race for the hub with no problems. They also let me know the Ball Joints were worn and could use a new set. Once they had the front apart I had them service the front brakes as well as the Ball Joints. I felt the shop was more than professional in the service and pricing on parts to bring the truck back to 100% safety for my trip back home in St Louis, MO. I have a 550 mile drive back. I'm very glad to have used this shop.

There's a reason why I still come here for all my automotive needs and it can be summed up in one word: INTEGRITY. The Utica location is the absolute best one of them all in SE Michigan in my opinion. The staff is professional and courteous and they continue their MO of only providing the services you want and need without "finding" any issues with your vehicle. The staff is honest and the mechanics perform excellent service. I've had several services performed on my 25 year old car and it still runs smoothly. I've tried other locations in the past and the service just isn't the same. For the past few years, I've been devoted to this one in Utica.
