I didn't purchase my Ford at this dealer but this was the closest one and I wasn't going to complain. Eric was really helpful at the Parts desk. I told him my sprayer connecter snapped off and before I could even finish what I was saying he knew exactly what part I needed. Apparently it happens to a lot of Ford's. Shame on you Ford! Wish I came to Russ Milne first because the part was only $7, I was told it was going to be $25 when O'Rileys told me. Well done! Was in and out within 5 minutes. Very clean and very helpful. Lots of vending machines and couches/seats to sit in. Will definitely consider this dealership when searching for a new car.

There was nothing out of the ordinary with the vehicle. This place is more sketchy than a chalkboard. So sick of small time hustles at car dealerships. Especially car dealer math, burped up from the Gates of Hell. So I'm filing formal complaints with the Michigan Department of State (MDOS), Bureau of Information Security, Regulatory Monitoring Division via the online portal and at phone 888-SOS-MICH. I had intended to buy a Honda CR-V but the guy that waited on me didn't seem to interested in finding me the car with all the features I wanted. I then, decided on a Buick Encore. That dealership (on Van Dyke in Sterling Hts) will NEVER get a reference from me. I was in the dealership 15 minutes and NOT A SOUL acknowledged me at all!! I left. Next dealership, in Saginaw, for the Buick Encore, made a deal with them and while waiting for the delivery of the car, I found that SAME car on their website (with the same VIN#) for $5K LESS than what they were selling it to me for!!! So...NO DEAL. That's when I found Tom at Fox Subaru Macomb. And the rest, as they say, is history! What a wonderful experience after the crap I went thru. They made what can be a somewhat intimidating experience for a "newbie" into something that got me excited to participate more. They knew from the initial conversation that I had just bought a bike and was not in the market, just "kicking tires," but treated me as if I'd just bought the top of the line bike from them. The store was clean, well organized, and both gorgeous and cozy...kind of hard to explain, but it'll make sense if you're there, lol. Absolutely the best dealership experience I've had of any kind, including the service at a (again unnamed) luxury car dealership a month or so before for a new car I'd picked up.
