Easy process from start to finish! Bonded with my dad, was honest and flexible. Made buying my first car a breeze.

When I first purchased my 2017 Kia Sportage from A&B Motors, I was genuinely impressed with the…read morecustomer service. Albert was responsive, replaced a failed battery shortly after purchase, and the dealership worked with me to address several concerns. Because of that experience, I intentionally held off on leaving a review while the repair process was underway, hoping I would ultimately be able to leave a positive one. Unfortunately, my experience changed over the following weeks. Within four days of purchasing the vehicle, I reported an intermittent rough idle and other drivability concerns in writing. The vehicle was returned for inspection and repairs through Paul's Auto Service. Later inspection records documented excessive oil leakage and oil intrusion into an electrical connector. After those repairs, the vehicle developed additional engine issues, including ignition-related misfire codes. Throughout the process, I continued communicating with the dealership professionally and documented each step. I asked for written explanations regarding the inspection findings and whether the later engine issues had been evaluated in light of the documented oil intrusion. Instead, I was ultimately advised that the remaining issues were considered routine maintenance, and on June 26, 2026, I was told, "I cannot help." What disappointed me most was not that the vehicle required repairs. Used vehicles can develop problems. My disappointment was that concerns I documented within days of purchase were ultimately characterized as routine maintenance, and I was left responsible for additional repair costs without receiving the written technical explanation I had requested. I believe in giving businesses an opportunity to make things right, and I did exactly that over several weeks before deciding to leave this review. I hope A&B Motors will reconsider how it handles situations where customers promptly report significant vehicle concerns immediately after purchase.

None the less my husband was ADAMANT about getting a work truck. Ge signed with credit acceptance for financing which is unfathomable with their interest thats problem number one. Problem 2 is the car itself. In 4 short month, we have now realized the entire frame is rotted, they put a cover over the bed frame to cover holes in the frame, the bed has now fell 4 inches, the drive shaft completely snapped last month, all sensors are bad, water sensor, horn sensor, abs sensor, reservoir tank for hydraulic fluid cracked and there's a leak in the rear main seal, the springs are shot, they basically sold us a rust bucket that looked good on the outside. The vehicle is falling apart. How do you tell when a used car salesman is lying? his lips are moving, period. Do not buy out of desperation, or impulse, bring a damn mechanic with you!!! Had we brought someone who even knew a sliver of mechanical knowledge he would've took one look under the vehicle and told us to walk. It was sprayed to cover the rust. I will never buy another used vehicle after this experience. It's better to have a warranty then sign some sketchy paperwork that says as soon as you leave any problems is on you when clearly the truck was concealed of defects to sell it. Don't buy from here. Save your money, fix your credit and lease. This purchase has been nothing but an overpriced money pit.
