I had my first visit with Mervat today. Even before I walked through the door, her attention to the customer service was way beyond 5 stars, during our initial communications to book my appointment. I was on a very tight schedule and she was unbelievably accommodating to find a time and day that worked for me before I left for trip. During my visit she was incredibly thoughtful and kind, showing me how I should be treating my skin - I felt that it was really important to her that she didn't just perform my treatments, but she was concerned with showing how I can help myself in between visits. I am terrible when it comes to taking care of myself. She made me feel that I a deserve better and owe it to myself to make this time - even if it's just a few minutes a day. My skin feels amazing and most importantly I feel renewed to put more effort in my daily routine. I look forward to future self improvement visits with Mervat because she was equally helpful for the mind, body and soul. Being of Mediterranean decent, my facial hair has been a life long problem. I have tried electrolysis and laser, but with no great or permanent results.
