First, the website is awful. No pricing listed. Called directly and girl answers "hello". I asked if I was calling Revere Tanning, she said yeah. I then asked if she could give me some pricing on tanning and she said she was on the other line and for me to come in and get prices. I hung up. Poor business and so unprofessional. I do not recommend this tanning salon. Business owners need to know how awful their staff is representing. read more

I love Revere tanning in Woburn and love the tanning. The staff is great however I am giving 1 star because there is a staff member that is EXTREMELY rude. She looks like shes about 15 years old she has black hair extremely skinny. I pay a lot of money for tanning and don't appreciate the rudeness at all. My friends, co workers and myself will not be going to the Woburn location going forward. Unacceptable!!! read more

I don't understand why this place has negative reviews. It's clean, they have a ton of super affordable plans to choose from, and the people are helpful. I've been to their other locations too and they're all equally nice. The front desk ladies are very knowledgeable on everything, so ask questions if you are unsure about lotion, plans, whatever. Close early every Friday-Sunday and any time it's hot outside....what kind of business is this? This place has gone WAY down hill. Some of us actually work workday hours and work past 5 making it impossible to tan Friday-Sunday at revere tanning salon. Find a better salon that doesn't close because it's hot out..it's 2021. read more

I absolutely love this place! I always go in the level 4 bed, which leaves me getting a great, bronze tan that lasts a while. I never leave orange. No oompa-loompa for me! The staff are all really friendly. They always greet you with a smile and tell you to have a "nice day" when you're leaving. The place itself is very clean. Everything is just right. The prices might be a bit high, but the quality you get is totally worth it. I'm a life timer there now! read more

Great beds, a little pricey, but worth it over some other places. I give it 4 stars because some of the staff are just...'bothered' by our presence. Unhappy and rude employees that will make you feel uncomfortable when you walk into the salon. It makes it extremely difficult for me to want to go there again I am a constant costumer and get treated awfully. One of the girls that work there I don't know her name but she is blonde has the worst attitude and is not a people person she also tells me how long I can tan for but if I'm paying with my own money she has no right to tell me how long I can tan for. I've been tanning for months mind you and I never burn. Hopefully a manger will see this and take note on how his employees act.I will no longer go back to that location. read more

Great service I swear by level 3 tanning there I have a monthly membership which was $99 pretty pricey. The tanning lotion was like $55. It's expensive but it works great. There's an after bronzer that gives your face like 3 extra mins so your body is tanned evenly. Very clean and friendly staff. read more

This is a legit tanning salon. I had always driven by this chain and assumed it was like any other mom and pop tanning salon. Well, I was wrong. This is about as good as it gets for tanning. It's very clean. The upper level beds have all the bells and whistles - water spray and high powered fans, so it's not a gruelling experience while you are tanning. The tanning results are very good as well. And the hours are unbeatable. They are open super early and super late. I appreciate that since I have a busy schedule and even though tanning seems like a quick process, it can be a pain to get there sometimes. read more

You can only make appointments for the level 5 bed but there are plenty of beds so you shouldnt have a problem with a walk in. The salon is clean and the staff is nice too. A little bit pricey but its worth it and they are always running specials! read more

I am a frequent customer at this salon and usually stop by 2-3 times per week. I have worked at tanning salons in the past, so I have seen what other salons look like. Revere Tanning is definitely a quality salon. The hours of the salon are great, much better than other salons in the area that are closed on weekend days or have limited hours. Satellite radio is always playing, which is great because there are no commercials! The salon is also extremely clean, and on almost every visit I see employees cleaning up the salon in some way or another. I highly recommend this salon, and if you are a frequent tanner, take advantage of their EFT memberships! read more

I love this place! The staff is super friendly, the areas are clean, and I have rarely had to wait for a bed even though I have never made an appointment. The only thing I don't like is that before you go in, they demand that you prove that you have eyewear by showing them. I don't know why it bothers me, but I guess it just feels like they don't trust you. It's all well-intentioned, so thanks for saving my retinas, I guess. read more

I continue to go here because it's next to my work,however, the staff is typically not at the front desk which results in a wait, seems to never be more than one girl working. Today's wait was 12 minutes with only TWO people (who were together) ahead of me for spray tans. The employee thought it was great customer service to have them fill out paperwork, run their payments, and give them a "lesson" about spray tanning all while I continued to wait going on a total of 17 minutes. I finally said " I just need to be checked in for a bed, I'm on my lunch break" Her response was " they were first, they have an appointment". Clearly there needs to be 2 employees if a customer has to wait this long to check in which takes all of 20 seconds OR learn how to multitask!!!!! read more

If I could give no stars I would. Yesterday, I went into Revere Tanning to get a little tan before I went on vacation. I have never been tanning before so I am not used to the machines. The girl at the desk had me fill out a survey about my skin. I bought a one time tanning session in the standing booth, tanning lotion and disposable eye glasses. The girl showed me around and how to use the machine and said I had 4 minutes to get ready. I took my clothes off and was putting on the lotion when the tanning booth went on. I wasn't ready so I stopped the tanning booth. Little did I know that once you turn it off it doesn't go back on. So I went up to the front and asked why it wasn't turning on. She said that it was because I turned it off. I didn't even step foot in the booth so I asked if she could turn it back on. She said that they couldn't because they already put me thru in the system and that it "looked like" I had already been tanning and by state law they can't put me thru again. THEY WOULN'T REFUND ME BECAUSE IT ALREADY LOOKED LIKE I "WENT TANNING" WHEN CLEARLY I DIDN'T. In the time that this was all going on, I could of been in the booth tanning. I am very disappointed in their customer service, lack of order and professionalism. They didn't give me a solution to the problem or even attempt to try to help me. I PAID FOR A SERVICE I NEVER GOT. read more

Honestly the bottom line of this salon is good. Very clean and the beds are nice, HOWEVER I often dread going tanning as the staff seem very bothered by me coming in. There is one girl in particular that is down right rude. Doesn't make eye contact, has the most condescending tone and seems absolutely put off by me checking in to tan. Tanning is supposed to be a relaxing experience and i feel stressed when I want to go get a little color, especially for paying over 90 dollars a month this is unacceptable. read more
