The result was bright pink hair, followed by a second correction attempt that left my roots bright orange. As a teacher with a strict professional dress code, these results were not wearable for work. When I contacted the salon the next day seeking a correction, I was told I would need to pay an additional $40 for product to fix the color. I did not feel I should be charged to correct a result that was not what I requested. After requesting to speak with the owner, I was informed the salon had decided to "part ways" with me and offered a $40 refund on my $250 service. The disappointing color result was frustrating, but the lack of accountability and customer service afterward was even more disappointing. I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience.
