There are 2 Revibe locations, one in Costa Mesa, and another in Irvine. I've only been to the Irvine location which is close to the John Wayne Airport. You might be asking, what is contrast therapy. ReVibe is one of those locations where if you need to decompress or if your trying to treat yourself I highly recommend you check them out ! It's in a shopping center that's low key hidden so from the outside doesn't look like much But when you go inside the staff is super friendly I did a cold plunge for about 15 min and I paid 39 bucks and I got my own room towels and they also provide a shower if you need . Overall cleanliness was there so no complains they also have the early bird special where if you need to go super early call a day before and you can have somebody there to open up the establishment for you read more

Pleasant experience. The staff member was polite and helpful. The experience at this place is unique because most other sauna studios do not offer an accompanying cold bath in the same room. I like that each room comes equipped with many towels. I also like that they have one shower room you can use after your experience. This place is located in a secluded, peaceful area in Irvine, while other sauna studios are located in busy, crowded shopping plazas. Non-likes: - No TV or built-in music. - They do not have a water bottle refill station. You'd have to buy their water bottles. - The sauna timer doesn't work. They don't have a built-in alarm that you can set to know how many minutes you have left. Suggestions: . It'd be very nice if this place provides a minty eucalyptus towel in each room like other sauna studios do. . Best health practice taken on the past year! Big fan of Revibe Costa Mesa and all the health benefits it has brought my life by incorporating Cold Plunge and Sauna into my weekly routine. So happy to see them expand now in Irvine, location is central, right off the 405/MacArthur. Location is a really nice setup, with multiple rooms combo cold plunge/sauna and just cold plunge only. They also have a shower spot for a quick wash down after your session, nice touch on their end. Rooms are very comfortable and like the minimalist layout. I got a kick of them having my towel on a warming rack, for after you exit cold plunge, super nice touch. Place is still very new and they are currently putting the finishing touches on the design but the experience is ready to go for guests coming in. Online reserving process is really simple to follow. Staff is really friendly, I got to meet one of the owners, Ian, very nice guy and very committed to do this the right way. Ashley was the front desk operator and very kind, friendly and accommodating. My current routine is once a week on my off days as a way to recovery/reset from the week and always feel amazing upon leaving. Benefits I've noticed: -Mental clarity -Muscle recovery from fitness training -Helped with stress, anxiety, depression -The challenge of completing the process, embracing it, mind over matter -Sense of mental and physical calmness it brings every time I do it -Always leave feeling better then when I came in -Sleep better My flow is 30 minutes in the sauna, drink water then go into cold plunge, fav temp is 37 degrees for 6 minutes. Excellent facility, friendly staff, and flawless experience. Every. Single. Time. ReVibe knocks it out of the park in every way. I've had appointments in about four of their six rooms so far. Each room has a Plunge All-In cold plunge. The water is always crystal clear and pre-chilled when I walk in. Two fresh towels are folded over a heated towel rack, with a hamper below. There's a full size mirror with LED lighting, automatic/digital shades in the rooms with windows, a bamboo bath mat, seating, and a plant. The Plunge itself has a digital timer, phone holder (I can't plunge without music or a podcast), and most importantly, a rubber ducky. There's a digital control panel to adjust the temp. The first thing I do is set the temp if it's not already where I like it. For the rooms with a sauna, the sauna has another fresh towel, face towels, and a stone bath mat out front. Every sauna I've been in is infrared with LED lighting. They get to about 160 and give me a good sweat. Before I found this place, I heard about cold plunge and contrast therapy, but I hadn't tried either. Set aside those benefits, and every inch of ReVibe is deliberate and thoughtful. The entire facility and each room has a modern and minimalist design. There's a shower in the back if you need it. Just bring water - there's not a water bottle refill station. The staff are always friendly and professional (I only know two of their names, but Ian and Dionara are often working when I visit and they are awesome). Appointments are super easy to schedule and reschedule (they use Square). The appointments during their regular hours are widely available. If I want an early morning appointment, I usually have to book it the night before. The earliest opening I've seen is 5am. Once I signed up for a membership, I just log in with my email and pick a time. I paid for a couple appointments individually before I signed up for a membership. It wasn't long until I got hooked on cold plunging. I picked the membership that includes sauna access. Basically, there's four memberships. Either cold plunge only or cold plunge with sauna. And either for yourself or for you + a guest each visit. I couldn't justify the membership that includes a guest, but I suppose it's good for couples who plunge together. I've brought friends twice now, and they only pay $15 to join me. I did the math and I have to go four times a month to make it worth it. I easily exceed that. read more

I booked a 45 min appointment with the option to bring a friend. We came here after running the Long Beach Marathon so definitely needing some revibing. The facility is clean and the vibe was there. It being our first time here, the staff was knowledgable and nice. The cold Plunge was great. Super cold and could fit the both of us. The sauna in room 2 however did not get enough. The host had mentioned that the sauna was set to about 170 degrees, but we never experience it at that temperature. It sat around 150. I felt pretty good after the 45 minute session. They were nice enough to provide a warm towel for guest, so that was nice. I would recommend guest bring some flip flops. read more

So....I flew into John Wayne airport for a layover and was looking for something close by to help unwind from a long flight. I did a quick search and found ReVibe. This place is one of the cleanest and most amazing saunas that I have ever been to in my life. Very modern and super relaxing. When I walked out the door I felt rejuvenated. I can also see this place as a "go-to" place to go post workout to relax sore muscles and ease tension. I rarely leave reviews, but this place is amazing. I frequently visit Revibe and have mixed experiences. On the positive side, the place itself is really nice and well-maintained, it is also in a nice location which is a bonus. I also had great interactions with Bre and Hannah, who were incredibly friendly and helpful. However, there were some downsides as well. The plunges were quite dirty, and the shower has been out of order for what seems like forever. Additionally, the rest of the staff has been unfriendly, I.e. on their phone while I walk in, no interaction but them just telling me what room to go in. which made the overall experience less enjoyable. While there are some highlights, these issues need to be addressed for a better experience. read more
