This facility is hands down one of the most elite recovery spots in Orange County. The infrared saunas and cold plunges actually operate at proper temperatures (which is surprisingly rare), and the vitamin C showers are an absolute game changer. Mackenzie was incredibly thorough in walking me through how to maximize the hour and explaining the function of each recovery modality. After just one session, I was completely sold on a membership. Whether you're an athlete or simply enjoy top-tier rest and recovery, I can't recommend this place enough.

This place is well kept. Way better than Perspire . It is more expensive but you get so much more! Infrared sauna and cold plunge plus vitamin C shower. Nice towels and a blowdry area if you want it. The facility and suites are stunning. Staff is great as well. The parking situation is the best around. Don't waste your time with another option. It's a game changer!

The staff here were soooooo nice! The rooms are very clean and they encourage you to use their amenities and even offered me free guest passes with a membership. I also lost my ticket and they gave me four hour validation love them 10/10 must go for a recovery day.

SHOUTOUT TO MVP MASON! GIVE HIM A RAISE!…read more I've been to Perspire Before but I wanted to try out here since I actually came in due to a Instagram Free Session Promotion (they got me). It was nice there was a call right after I got scheduled to make sure I knew I was doing and if I've ever been to Perspire before. They made sure to go over everything in detail. Parking shouldn't be an issue as it's in a little corner of the plaza. I actually liked it a lot more than Perspire since there is a small and large size Sauna. I like that it did get hotter than Perspire and did a little bit of cardio on the bike before hand to help increase the efficiency of the Sauna. Infrared is outside and you stand there 5 mins facing both sides. Pretty easy to use. There are goggles if you need but he explained to me it's healthy for you if you close your eyes and face it as well. It's not too too bright. I love that the towel was ICE cold on this ice plate as well. Everything was awesome thanks so much for the experience.

They walked us through the facility (rooms, towel drop, water refill station, & bathroom) and showed us all of the controls in the room. The private rooms have a sauna box (?) & infrared red light outside of the sauna. The sauna maintained 140* and we were drippingggggg sweat! They have - a full towel service (dry towels to sit on & dry off with AND a chilled towel for after) - a chilled water refill station - plenty of parking - stationary bikes to get your heart pumping before a sauna session - clean rooms - bathroom - TV to watch Netflix from inside the sauna (speakers are inside of the sauna) - nice, happy staff I would've loved to hop in a cold shower right after, even an outdoor swimsuit on type rinse off. That would be a great addition if there's room to expand one day!

It's a full performance and recovery center with pretty much everything under one roof. Cold plunge, infrared sauna, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, red light therapy bed, PEMF, breathwork sessions. The thing that really sets them apart is how they design your protocol. Troy actually takes time to listen to what you're dealing with and then combine therapies in a way that builds on each other. I came in dealing with chronic fatigue and brain fog and after a few weeks on his recommended protocol I genuinely feel like a different person. Way more energy, sleeping better, thinking clearer. Troy and the team make you feel like family from the second you walk in. Nobody's trying to sell you anything. They take the time to explain how everything works and why certain therapies go well together. You can tell they actually care about getting you results not just getting you to swipe your card. The facility is super clean, modern, and relaxing. Easy parking which is a plus around here. The hyperbaric oxygen chamber and the LightStim red light bed are unreal. And the cold plunge into infrared sauna combo alone is worth the trip. That contrast therapy is essential. Whether you're an athlete trying to recover faster, dealing with an injury, trying to lose weight, or you just want to feel better day to day, this place has something for you. Best investment I've made in my health hands down.

I got the body scrub and massage for $135 since it includes admission, which is normally $40. Prior to the service, they recommend you soak in the hot pool for approximately 20-30 minutes. The facility is separated with a women's and men's area, and once you enter, you pay for your admission or service, put your things into the locker, strip naked, and head to the shower area where you are required to shower before you do anything. For just the admission alone, you get access to a variety of saunas, hot and cold pools, a steam room, and a common area with heated floors for relaxation. You get a time limit of 6 hours, which is way more than enough. At my appointment time, the workers, who are dressed in black bras and panties, call out your number (which is also your locker key number) and you head to the service area. The woman scrubbed off my dead skin for 30 minutes while applying a quick 5 minute facial mask, then had me shower off and come back. Next, she applied oil all over my body and gave me a mini massage which basically just loosened a few of my knots in my shoulder and back area. It was not really relaxing, but I only care about the results. :) Then she poured some type of warm milk all over my body, and poured some into my hand to wash my face with. She also shampooed my hair at the end... and I was asked to shower off my body again. I then headed to the common area where the co-ed saunas were and tried out the Salt room, the Forest room, Ondol room, Fire Room, and Ice Room for a short period. I spent a total of about 3 hours there with the service time included. Since I was short on time, I will get another service in the future, but come earlier to use the sauna rooms first, maybe try out their on-site restaurant, then get my service at the end and go home from there. I really enjoyed this day of pampering at the Korean spa. I just wished the guests weren't all on their phones and being loud. People were having full on conversations in the common area and whispering loudly in the sauna rooms. Technology has somewhat changed the Korean spa experience for me, which used to be more relaxing... but this was still great for the price. Happy spa day! Yelp Review #43- 2026

From a 4 to a 2.5 stars…read more I came here recently to relax for a few hours, get some reading done, get a massage, and dine in their kitchen. They have raised their admission prices several times in the last 2 years. Upon arrival, I was contemplating on getting a massage or not and decided not to and instead just used my pre-purchased admission ticket. I would say the best thing here is their dining area. They have a good selection of Korean food and drinks including smoothies, juices, and even boba. I usually get their almond milk tea. My favorite food choices would be the tofu soup with seafood only (yes, you can ask for no beef) or the burnt bibimbap bowl with all the veggies and yes, you can also ask for a fully cooked egg instead of a Sunnyside up if you don't like runny eggs. My meal with a drink usually comes out to $26. The reason why I am lowering my rating is because their standing shower area stinks. For the last couple of times I've been here, that area smells either like mold or a sewer issue. Secondly, I witnessed one of their shower massage employees (they wear black tops and bottoms) use the restroom and left without washing her hands. Yes, she is a masseuse who doesn't wash her hands after using the toilet. I would never book any type of massage here based on that fact alone. One more thing, i also saw 2 women get into an argument. I was in a dry sauna room with 2 other females already there. One female came in and confronted someone else who was trying to relax for not picking up her towels in the other room. The lady who got confronted acted like she didn't speak English so the argument was brief. However, the lady who did the confronting called her a stupidass before walking away. LOL I'm laughing about it now but honestly it is suppose to be relaxing environment and chasing someone down over towels when you don't even work here is a bit much. Not very relaxing. I have 2 admission tickets left to use but after that I most likely won't be purchasing a packet again. This place doesn't have a luxury feel to it like it used to.

There were 6 of us so we broke into groups of 3 and scheduled back to back. Overall, I loved the experience. We started with laying in comfy recliners while wearing compression sleeves that inflate to squeeze the life out of your hips or legs. I did 15 minutes on my hips and 15 minutes on my legs and I was so comfy that I knocked out hard for at least 5 minutes. When I was done, it was off to red light therapy area for me, then 20 minutes in the infrared sauna. The red light therapy area was warm and I'm not sure how much benefit I got, but was definitely worth 7 minutes. The sauna was not extremely hot, although it was over 150 degrees. I didn't sweat my a$$ off which is what happens when I usually go into a sauna. This was ok with me as I had just had my hair done that morning and my curls stayed relatively intact. Then it was off to the cold plunge. I was coached through being able to stay in for 20 minutes and after the initial few minutes, it really wasn't that hard. I wish this place wasn't closing! We learned that they will just be open til the end of the month. Sad, as I would have totally come back!

I was a bit hesitant to try one myself, but I am so incredibly glad I found Wellevate Lounge. It has completely changed my wellness routine. The lounge offers a fantastic range of services. I've been using the compression boots for my legs and the compression for the hips, which has made a noticeable difference in my physical therapy and as I get back into working out. I also love the full panel red lights, where I can wear glasses and rest my eyes, and the private sauna space, which is perfect for stretching and reading while listening to my own music. The true highlight of my experience, however, is the owner, Nina. I was very nervous about trying the cold plunge for the first time. Nina was so kind and attentive, walking me through the process and staying by my side to work on my breathing until I reached the two-minute mark. Her commitment to her clients is amazing; she is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely wants to help you get the most out of your session. I also really appreciate the incredible cleanliness of the space. Nina sanitizes everything after each use, right down to the flooring in the red light room. This level of care and attention to detail is truly unmatched. Before coming here, I had tried compression boots at another place, but Nina's personalized guidance made this a far more effective and enjoyable experience. I never would have tried a place like this before, but thanks to Nina and the welcoming atmosphere she has created, I will be a returning customer for a long time.
