Yes price has increased but they are also updated and expanded to make the experience more pleasant which I appreciate. It being over 6 months that I last came and was pleasantly surprised. I stop going for a while because the price increased but the facilities stayed the same and a little underwhelmed but now I'm enjoying it little bit more. You spend a few minutes 3-5 minutes in the cold plunge and then about 10-15 minutes in the sauna. I literally felt pins and needles throughout my body immediately, but it felt even better getting out and going into the sauna.
