It was nice there was a call right after I got scheduled to make sure I knew I was doing and if I've ever been to Perspire before. They made sure to go over everything in detail. Parking shouldn't be an issue as it's in a little corner of the plaza. I actually liked it a lot more than Perspire since there is a small and large size Sauna. I like that it did get hotter than Perspire and did a little bit of cardio on the bike before hand to help increase the efficiency of the Sauna. Infrared is outside and you stand there 5 mins facing both sides. Pretty easy to use. There are goggles if you need but he explained to me it's healthy for you if you close your eyes and face it as well. It's not too too bright. I tried Saunatica for the first time tonight with a Free First Session promotion! My fiance and I went so we got a double room. They walked us through the facility (rooms, towel drop, water refill station, & bathroom) and showed us all of the controls in the room. The private rooms have a sauna box (?) & infrared red light outside of the sauna. The sauna maintained 140* and we were drippingggggg sweat! They have - a full towel service (dry towels to sit on & dry off with AND a chilled towel for after) - a chilled water refill station - plenty of parking - stationary bikes to get your heart pumping before a sauna session - clean rooms - bathroom - TV to watch Netflix from inside the sauna (speakers are inside of the sauna) - nice, happy staff I would've loved to hop in a cold shower right after, even an outdoor swimsuit on type rinse off. That would be a great addition if there's room to expand one day! read more

Recently came here. Owner tyler and whoever Don or Dan was.... super unprofessional, rude, aggressive about getting a package. high prices for a door that doesn't work, spoke to them about getting cleaners for the vents that have white stuff on them, bikes that are pointless, rude higher ups (i could hear them in my session speaking to staff). They were very rude to younger staff.... I would hate to be an associate here dealing with the higher ups. I hope they get paid well there and if not, goodluck to this business. And if you are going to speak about selling packages and approaches.. food for thought: Maybe do it when customers aren't there listening LOL we are not idiots. read more

Great experience here. Love the $9.99 first-time offer. Better than any other sauna spa I've ever been to. Polite, helpful staff. Ample parking. The unique bonus about this place is the wall-mounted infrared machine. You'll wanna put on some of the dark eye coverings they've set there for you. It's a little pre-heating session before them main event. And they have Netflix for you to enjoy during your session. Plenty of towels and a eucalyptus mint towel. Their IR heat can get really hot! Remember to bring your credit card in. They don't charge you until after your experience. I had left my credit card in my car, so I had to go get it when it was time to pay. Left my phone with the associate though so he'd have some assurance I wouldn't just run off. Non-likes: - They don't offer extra water cups/bottles here, and the water machine only dispensed room-temperature water. I'm an avid sauna user and always on the lookout for new spots, and as a local I'm shocked I hadn't tried this place sooner--it's amazing. My girlfriend and I booked the two-person infrared sauna, and even though I've always felt infrared saunas aren't hot enough, I was completely proven wrong--I was dripping sweat within 20 minutes! The UV light therapy between rounds feels incredible, hitting your whole body in the best way, and the chilled, scented towels afterward were the perfect finishing touch. I was in town for a few days and got the intro offer for a yoga room. The appointment was easy to make/cancel/rebook on the app. The two male employees greeted me kindly and the taller one invited me to fill my water bottle and showed me to the room. He showed me how to adjust the sauna and how to turn on the red light panel. It was such a peaceful experience. I will definitely return when I'm in the area again. read more

We really enjoyed our experience here! We visited on a Sunday evening, and the woman working was very thorough and kind. The place is immaculately clean, with a very modern vibe. We tried the salt therapy for $5 extra. The room was a good size and the sauna was huge. You could definitely lay down in there if you go in alone - 2 of us were in there and there was still plenty of room. There's a smartTV in each room with Netflix and DirecTV. There's also a red light therapy on the wall for you to use before or after your session. They provide you with a bright white hand towel, a body towel, a floor mat towel and a chilled face towel for after. We really loved our time, and we'll be back! Love this studio! I'm new to the sauna game so I wasn't sure what to expect. The rooms have an individual sauna + red light therapy station. It's relaxing and tranquil. Everything is new and clean. They keep this place very clean. The environment is very relaxing and the explanation was really thorough. My first session was in one of the large units. It doesn't get as hot as the smaller units but it was plenty hot enough. I did get out to try the red light but it was uncomfortable just standing there. Love having access to a red light therapy every time I book a sauna. The free water from the water machine is a good quality which comes in handy when you forget to fill your water bottle. In general the environment tends to be peaceful( more so than perspire in my experience) and the staff are genial and accommodating. read more

This is an awesome experience. The boutique is clean and well run. Ellie was really helpful as we arrived. It feels amazing. I had a little to drink the night before but afterwards the experience reversed any fatigue from that. I will absolutely be treating my body to the infrared saunas. This place and my experience this morning were amazing!! I've never tried an infrared sauna before and I'm instantly hooked. It was so relaxing and great to just escape the world for 40 minutes. The staff here was friendly and nice and super accommodating. I arrived late but they still let me get the absolute most out of my first experience. The studio and rooms are spotlessly clean, towels are provided and the room is private with a sliding lock door (door handle is dope wish I took a picture of it it locks by moving it up and down). You can watch anything you want on TV or just listen to the calming music and see the different sceneries they show on the tv. The sauna itself is modern, high tech and very user friendly. The red light therapy is also in each room on the wall and can be used after! I highly recommend this place and wish my parents lived out here with me to use it. So many health benefits!! read more

I'm so happy Saunatica opened. I came in this evening for my first session and it was perfect. The saunas are super clean and the rooms are well-equipped with towels, TVs, etc. I got to go into a large sauna. SO spacious. Great experience at Saunatica right from the start upon entry. Environment was very clean and front desk were very welcoming. Once in the sauna you have complete control of your room, you can dive in into deep meditation or turn on the t.v etc. I've previously been at another sauna, but this one seems to have more options, like the red light therapy!! (I loved), you can do the red light therapy after your session or do it before. It's four minutes front face of the body and do the same facing your back for another 4 minutes. I also got the Micro SaltProX that they offered to put in my room for an additional 5$ -- Microsalt SaltProX generates its a high-quality, ultra fine salt aerosol that spreads through the entire sauna cabin. This allows the healing powers of the salt to reach the deepest parts of your lungs, providing your body with the maximum potential benefits. I highly recommend Saunatica! I have been to many infrared saunas and love the experience usually. I came here on the 10 dollar deal a little over a week ago and booked for the 8pm slot in the yoga room at the back. I chose the room at the back thinking it would be nice and quiet but it was insanely loud the whole time, the opposite of relaxing. Lights were going on which I could see over my room and the trash was being taken out etc- very loudly. I understand people need to do their closing duties but it was incredibly distracting and it ruined the relaxing experience I was looking for. I ended up leaving early because I wasn't having the best time. I barely even used the infrared light in the room because it was so disruptive out of the sauna box. Wouldn't come back unless they prioritized quiet. read more

I have always enjoyed going to the sauna at the gym; however, this is completely different. I have not slept this well in years. IF YOU LIKE PRIVACY DONT GO HERE! They violate your privacy! If I could give ONE NEGATIVE STAR I would. I have PTSD. Been assaulted before. This place spies on you and listens to if you rubbed any lotion on your body and whether it had a smell or not tell you they know you used a smelly lotion and it's SO VIOLATING I CANNOT EVEN EXPRESS! My lotion I put on is for MY health has ZERO SMELL (they smelled my shower I guess) and it dries immediately... its for my inflammation & circulation. Which is why I go to the sauna in the first place. If you like your privacy DO NOT GO HERE! Front desk girl is rude and Owner doesn't give a crap! I'm no sissy and this experience had be BAWLING AND SHAKING when you're in a supposed private space to know they are outside your door listening and smelling is despicable....
