Ok this place is a must. My husband and I got the royal flush. It's a bit pricey but so worth it. The nurses and the front office are so friendly and helpful. The room they take you in are nice with a TV to watch. I wish I would of got the nurses names but they made us feel so comfortable and knowledgeable . You really feel the difference right away. We were there because we had pain and wasn't because we were all hungover. We we felt so good and energized. A major difference. It's a must if your want to feel ready go or have pain this is the place, that will help. You won't regret it. By the way I will say when it comes to the IV they do a numbing spray and honestly didn't feel anything. I was surprised they did that because, my health isn't great and go often to hospital. So this was amazing. Thank you for making us feel great and also watching and keeping an eye on my husband for constantly going to the restroom. You two were very kind. I went to REVIV twice during my most recent Vegas trip. The first time, I got the Mega-Boost with all of the vitamins and my husband got the Royal Flush which includes the anti inflammatory meds. He was feeling AMAZING! Cindy was great, tending to our every need. She was very bubbly and added a personal touch. We chilled and watched Netflix in the recliner room. I went back again the next day for the Royal Flush. It was a different staff, and being on a slower day, they seemed underwhelmed. Overall, I would go back, but I am used to higher quality treatments. Afterwards, I felt better but not absolutely AMAZING. Definitely get the Royal Flush if you do it. Not only is it great for a mild hangover with the added Zofran, it's got the essential vitamins too. I was able to walk from my hotel in the Wynn to the Venetian with no difficulty. Being outside and moving around mostly abated my hangover. Our party was given a quick medical questioner and evaluation such as BP, blood oxy levels, etc. Our nurse was Miguel and he was very professional. He started a saline lock and explained the procedure. I ordered the "royal flush", which was the most expensive package at the time. We had a quick video chat with a PA and she explained the procedure once more and took any questions. We began our treatment after that. After the first bag was started, I was given a shot of zofran. This is a common treatment for nausea and part of the "royal flush" package. I sat in a comfortable room and took a lot of selfies while laughing at how much I was going to feel better soon. About 15 minutes after the Zofran, I began to feel very nauseous. The waves of nausea were much worse than any hangover. I located Miguel who seemed quite concerned. We got on another video chat with the PA who suggested more Zofran. I refused the second dose and stopped the entire treatment. It was clear I had a negative reaction to Zofran but my reaction was classified as a Vasovagal syncope by the PA. This made me laugh despite my poor condition. I didn't faint, I was not stressed, blood doesn't scare me. I would have started my own saline lock with no difficulty. The PA was essentially saying it was in my head and I panicked by using a catch all buzzword. Upon requesting to end the treatment, I was not charged. I did have to walk quite far to finally vomit, which I'm surprised I was able to make it. I spent the rest of the day much worse off that being just hungover. Waves of nausea from the Zofran peaked about 2 hours after administering and lasted for another 10 hours. I tried to continue with our plans for the rest of the day. I had to retreat to the bathroom often, it was pretty terrible. I'm sure the cheapest IV option without the zofran would have done me well. Zofran has a lot of side effects and one should be aware of these before undergoing any such treatment. The PA's response to increase the zofran dosage was concerning. It was disappointing to lose an entire day on my vacation. read more

I found Reviv while staying at the MGM Grand a few years back, and decided to try this location because I was staying across the street at the Mirage. I loved my first visit at the MGM and this location did not disappoint! One thing about this location is it's a little hard to find. It's in the shops near Sushisamba. If you call lost, they are happy to help guide you there. One other tip: You're basically pot committed when you go in, so do it right and spring for the Royal Flush. (Yes, that's two poker puns in one sentence, but one is not mine.) Very similar experience as the original location. I was able to walk in without an appointment and without a wait before, but I decided to play it safe and make an appointment online this time. I scheduled within the hour, so I probably could have just walked in. When you have an appointment, the process is pretty quick. Check-in, select service, fill out medical history questionnaire on tablet, quick video chat with the on call doctor, and ready to start dripping. The receptionist was friendly and communicated the process well. The medical staff was professional and efficient. The nurse who started my IV was skilled and only had to stick me once. Comfy chair and Netflix is all I needed to make the hour I was there relaxing, despite recovering from food poisoning. I always walk out feeling way better and more energized than I do going in! read more

Such a beautiful and clean facility! I love the Shops at Palazzo REVIV location. The staff is always so nice, check-in is a breeze, the teledoc process is quick and you get your own private room(s) with comfy leather chairs that recline, TV screens and tables. The nurse today was so thoughtful too! She used a smaller needle since my arms are tiny and then turned up the pressure so I could absorb the liquid in about an hour. I used to work at The Palazzo and occasionally get B12 shots. Saw the promo around property and decided to give it a shot. As a bartender I wanted to have the option to refer my guest when they may have had a bit much the night before. No red beer or Bloody Mary can work the miracle that a Royal Flush IV treatment can. I just walked in with flu like symptoms and Desire at the desk and the nurse took the time to explain all the IVs and helped guide me in the best way.
