We're genuinely surprised to see any mixed reviews for Revive. We can't recommend them enough! It's rare to find a contractor you trust completely, along with all their subcontracting teams, but Ohad and his crew have earned that trust across multiple projects in our home. Ohad is an honest thought partner when it comes to design and overall project management. He'll tell you straight where it's worth spending and where you can save. And his team is hardworking, honest, and reliably on schedule (and mostly on budget!). We have also had the opposite experience of some of the warranty comments below. The team has ALWAYS come back promptly to finish final details/punch list items until we're happy with the project. And, they stand by the quality of their work. For example, after refinishing our floors, we noticed some marks that weren't quite right. Ohad agreed immediately that it wasn't up to his standard of work and sent a team to fix it, no pushback at all. The team tried a "quick" fix at first which was better, but not perfect. Without us even asking to fix it again, Ohad said it still wasn't to his standard and the solution was to rework the entire area. Due to some personal scheduling conflicts that made it hard to have workers in the house, we asked to delay for a few months past project completion and he was completely understanding... told us it would happen on our timeline and just asked for some notice before we'll be ready so he can schedule the team. That kind of accountability, owning a mistake and working around our needs to fix it, is exactly why we trust him so much. Plus the incredibly high standard of work on everything that went perfectly smoothly! We won't risk anyone else working on our home at this point. read more

Revive's warranty was worthless, and the project management was poor. THE PROJECT MANAGEMENTS PROBLEMS: I hired Revive to replace granite kitchen countertops with quartzite at a cost of about $9,000. The new countertops were installed in October 2025. The design and fabrication of the countertops was very good. The installation crew seemed to be extremely competent - but see the warranty issue, below. The demolition and stone installation took place on a Monday. The plumber disconnect everything, but was not scheduled to return. He was able to come back Tuesday evening. We were reusing the previous faucet, since it was fairly new, but he discovered that either he or the crew had lost a critical part. He went to Home Depot to get another, but they don't sell it separately. I had to go to Home Depot and buy a new faucet. After he left, I discovered a huge leak inside the cabinet. He returned the next morning and fixed it. The stone crew were professional seemed competent (but see the warranty issue, below). But they forgot to bring stone sealant with them and didn't return with sealant until Wednesday, causing unnecessary delay as I could not use the countertops at all until they were sealed. I emailed Ohad of Revive about these and other problems, just so that he would know, not asking for anything. He acknowledged that the work was not up to their usual standards. He said he was mailing me a gift, but nothing ever arrived. I assumed he sent it and it got lost, but I appreciated the gesture which I took to be an apology. WARRANTY ISSUES: By April 2026, about six months after installation, my stone had became discolored in two places. I provided photos to Ohad and told him my theory that the the crew missed these spots when they sealed the countertops. The manufacturer of the sealant used on my stone states in its information sheet that the seal will last "years" against oil, water, and grease. I had gotten discoloration after just a few months. The stone crew told me during installation that their work was guaranteed and that anytime I needed them to come back, they would do so. But when I sent the photos to Ohad, he responded with this: "Natural stone requires periodic maintenance, including sealing and care over time. This type of ongoing upkeep is the responsibility of the homeowner and is not part of our warranty or scope of work. It would not be reasonable for us to provide continued maintenance of the surface after installation." None of this applies after only six months! I asked Ohad what maintenance he thought I should have done, but he did not respond. I had a stone care company look at the discolorations. The technician said that he would have used a different sealant on my stone. He gave me a product that pulls moisture out of stone, which mostly removed the discolorations, and I sealed the areas. The discoloration that I was able to remove has not come back. CONCLUSION: By using Revive, I got poor product management and a warranty that was just a sales pitch not backed up by any integrity. If I had gone directly to the stone fabricator, I would have at least had a warranty. read more

Its rare when write reviews, but after seeing some of the comments here, I felt compelled to share my experience. Honestly, my experience was completely different from some of the negative reviews I've read. From the very beginning, everything was smooth, organized, and professional. Ohad, Lloyd, and the entire team were fantastic to work with. They were responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and they kept me informed throughout the process. The project stayed on schedule, the work was completed as promised, and the quality exceeded my expectations. My bathroom was finished about a month ago, so I've had time to live with it and evaluate the work, and I couldn't be happier with the result. I honestly don't understand some of the criticism I've seen because it simply doesn't reflect my experience. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and the finished bathroom looks amazing. BEWARE. DO NOT TRUST. We feel it is our civil duty to warn of this company. Our complaints have nothing to do with cosmetics (we must live with those issues). Do not believe any words after Revive 360 responds to this post. Nov 2025- Jan 2026, Chicago, full bathroom gut/ install. We did our research and even received a recommendation. They smile to you, take notes, say yes, do not follow through, and give you different from what you ordered. They gave us sloppy work and hidden serious Chicago code violations inside our walls and basement. Chicago code violations are not mistakes and cannot be overlooked. Our trust in Revive 360 disappeared at the end of our project. We hired a plumbing inspector to access their work before the final payment because sewer gas smells permeated our home. Revive 360 was invited but refused to attend. After multiple smoke tests and an adjacent wall in another room was opened, some of the issues causing sewer gas were discovered- no P-trap in the new bathtub, new pipes taped together with 'Flex Tape', the new toilet flange was below floor level, and the new main drain line in the basement had an incorrect slope and had to totally be rebuilt. The inspection, tests, and corrections cost more than the final payment to Revive 360. Revive 360 refused to reimburse anything and they didn't admit to any fault. Their City of Chicago Contractor E License is useless. We found no other license (Plumber's) with the City of Chicago under the name of Revive 360. read more

From the initial estimate through the final day of kitchen renovation, Ohad and his team did a phenomenal job. Communication during the early stages was clear and I left with a feeling that Revive fully understood our vision for the kitchen remodel. The design process went smoothly and before any work began I had a great idea as to how the remodeled kitchen would look. The visits to the showroom and stone warehouse were easy and allowed us to see the cabinets and countertop which would be installed. Revive gave clear recommendations as to how much backsplash tile, grout, etc. to purchase and it worked out perfectly. The individuals who performed the work were punctual, clean, efficient, and respectful. They managed to complete the job ahead of schedule and left us with an amazing final product. We hired Revive360 for a major home renovation, and at first, everything looked promising. Their early professionalism, communication, and organization gave us confidence we had chosen the right contractor. Unfortunately, as the renovation moved into the detailed and finishing phases, the experience changed dramatically. Revive360 repeatedly failed to address clearly documented issues, including damaged items, non-functional installations, and incomplete work. Even with photos and written explanations, we often received vague or minimizing replies, shifting excuses, or no response at all. Revive360 also did not follow the terms of their own renovation contract. They requested payments earlier than scheduled, labeled unfinished work and non-functional items as "punch list items," and missed multiple meetings (including ones they scheduled) without any notice. When we initially requested the required walk-through and Certificate of Completion before final payment -- which their contract clearly requires -- those steps were not taken at the time, and payment continued to be demanded despite multiple non-functional items and unresolved issues. Whenever we asked for accountability or solutions, communication shifted into deflection, gaslighting, and avoidance instead of professional problem-solving. Over time, site presence became inconsistent, progress stalled, and the renovation was left with several major items incomplete or non-functional. We are now filing insurance claims to fix the damage and unresolved issues caused during the renovation. If you are searching for trustworthy contractors, reliable renovation companies, or reviews of Revive360, please consider our experience carefully. The lack of accountability, transparency, and follow-through was extremely stressful and disappointing, especially after such a strong start. I am happy to provide full documentation -- complete email chains, photos, and text messages/screenshots -- to anyone researching this company. Everything stated here is fully supported by written records. *Update as of December 2025: Despite extensive back and forth, Revive360 did not provide an adequate or workable resolution. Proposed fixes did not sufficiently address the documented damage and deficiencies, which extended beyond cosmetic issues. As a result, our insurance carrier conducted its own independent review of the documentation and damage and is now proceeding with subrogation related to documented damage by the Revive360 team identified during the renovation. read more

We recently completed a renovation of our apartment in downtown Chicago. In a nutshell - I cannot lavish enough compliments on Ohad and his crew. Doing a gut reno is stressful enough, let alone being 7,000 miles away. So, prior to starting the project, we met with Ohad who walked us through the whole thing. He delivered 100%. He was on time and on budget! The level of workmanship was superb. As noted, we were 7,000 miles away but Ohad communicated with us regularly via phone and video calls. He complied with all the building's requirements and restrictions, and management told us he was a breeze to work with; very professional. I recently hired Revive 360 to repair 2 areas of drywall damage. One was fairly small, about 6-8 inches. The other was 4x2 feet. ( don't ask) The workman arrived right on time, looked at the areas of damage, got the needed tools and supplies and got to work. a very nice young man who did a great job with both repair and painting of the drywall. I cannot really tell that the drywall had been so badly damaged. The result was the same on the smaller area of damage. He always kept his work area tidy and vacuumed dust from the repairs. I am planning to have the kitchen cabinets painted and will certainly ask revive 360 to take on the job.
