Then follows it up with " we don't have any in stock at the moment". At this time I look down at the (8) yes eight of them in a semi circle around the counter with caution tape tied to them. I say; "well you have (8) of them right here". His response. "Those aren't for sale, those are being used as our covid barrier." If you're a small, local business and you don't want to sell things then I hope to hell your business folds sooner than later, and I'll have zero issues spreading the joy to help you fold faster.

Given my ailing right knee, I wandered in looking for a BOSU (blue half sphere balls that are usually in gyms?) the other day and the staff helped me with all the options there were. There were some cheaper brand items and so it seemed tempting for me to go for one of the cheaper ones, especially since it was for home use. The guy recommended me buying the expensive one ($135) since it is kinda crucial for my knee to get fixed and to help me with my expenses he gave me an exercise ball for free. I was planning to buy both these items. Granted that the exercise ball was a cheaper brand, but since I'd be standing and doing all sorts of weird things on the BOSU, it seemed totally worth it! I got a great deal for two items and am thankful for their personalized service, discussions and help that they could provide. Do wander in if you're looking for stuff. They have some really cool weights sets out here. I'd definitely come here again if I were looking for exercise equipment.

I drove to the store and went straight to the front counter and told them what I needed. They rang me in, filled my car, and off I went. I wasn't on the premise for more than 10 minutes. Staff were all wearing masks. Hand sanitizer and masks are available at the front door for customers. My advice, this store is massive. If you want service, don't wait for them to come to you. Grab the bull by the horns and go to the front desk and ask for help.

I did not receive a confirmation email, but my credit card was charged immediately. After a few days, I contacted Flaman through both the online chat and online contact form to find out the status. The online chat agent could not get an any information on the order, so she asked the person in charge of online orders to contact me. I also sent in a request through Flaman's online contact form -- I have not received an answer from either request. I must conclude that they took my money, but did not actually order a machine for me. I also tried calling the store, but could only ever get voicemail. Customer service is clearly not a priority at Flaman Fitness.

Roman was a pleasure to deal with from the moment we said hello. There was no pressure for us to buy and he did not hover around us the whole time. He educated us on the product and left us be to try it out and to talk amongst ourselves. Because of Roman's service , we decided to purchase this machine. I had a little problem with it on Monday when I tried it for the first time and by Tuesday afternoon Roman had his team assemble me a new machine, bring it to my house and took the old one. They also ensured that it was in the exact same spot that I had my other one. Thank you for making this such a great experience. I knew which machine I wanted after a fair bit of research - got the Sole F63. Loads of features for this level of machine. The setup was I credibly straightforward and honestly the features just work. Lastly, the delivery team. These two went above and beyond to make sure the machine got into my place, was oriented the correct way to minimize lifting for me during setup and actually they took the deck and various pieces out of the gigantic carton as it was too tall to fit into the elevator.
