The staff were extremely friendly and inviting into the space. I received a massage with hot stones by Renee and a hydra facial by Lana, to include the lip mask. They both were wonderful and knowledgeable! So kind, professional and very happy with how I feel and my skin looks. You can add on to your services for additional charges, including in the hair salon. Afterwards, we hung in the lounge to center and went to the pool. Then, enjoyed the sauna and steam room, which is in the locker and shower area. The spa is within the hotel, so you can order food, and get free valet. Just have them stamp your ticket. There is an 18% gratuity for all services, but that does not include staff who clean and stock the locker areas, so take care of them too! Enjoy!
