I've been getting Botox for about five years now and have unfortunately had a few negative experiences in the past that made me hesitant to try someone new, so finding someone I felt confident in was really important to me. The only feedback I would offer is for Skinworx to include specific directions to their office (in either the confirmation email or a pre-appointment text). There was no mention of the suite location, and the plaza directory does not list Skinworx yet. I was referencing photos on Google that I later learned were of their previous location (with the orange awning/door), which made it difficult to find and unfortunately caused us to start the appointment slightly late. Something as simple as noting that Skinworx is located on the far end of the plaza on the second floor, next to [business], would be very helpful for first-time clients. I had originally gone to Cheryl for Botox years ago and was very happy with the results. I made an appointment for a consultation and was greeted by her (no receptionist). We went to her office and she told me that the lines around my mouth would be perfect for Juvederm Ultra XC. Since I had never had a filler, I asked many questions. She brushed them quickly aside and said I would see instant results and there was nothing to be concerned about. After the procedure I noticed a large lump on one side of my face and a large bruise on the other side. She said the results would continue to improve within a few days. After waiting nearly a week and a half with my face still looking ridiculous, I called her office two times, left two messages and texted the support line that asked for a review of my services.
