The color books were broken and the salon itself didn't feel like the cleanest environment. Unfortunately, just three hours after getting my nails done, the polish had already chipped. I called on Wednesday the 12th to see if I could come in and have them fixed. The woman who answered the phone told me I could come in anytime to have them fixed. I went back today, Thursday the 13th, and the receptionist didn't even acknowledge or greet me. Another nail technician eventually looked at my nails, told me to have a seat, and then asked me to come back in 45 minutes to have them fixed. I understand that things happen, but considering how quickly the polish chipped and how I was treated when I came back to have the issue corrected, I'm really disappointed with my experience. I expected much better customer service and quality, especially as a first-time customer.

They were able to get me seated and asked me what I wanted. Coming from San Jose, California, I'm really picky with my nails and pedicure so I was worried it wouldn't hold up standard. Boy, was I wrong! Nina was the tech who helped me and she made me feel comfortable with her professionalism. She even helped me with my toenail that was in a little pain due to the nail pressing into the bed. I had no complaints to the cleanliness of the salon either.
