But they treated my car with the same level of care and attention as every other vehicle. I got both a wash and detailing, and the results exceeded my expectations. The biggest surprise was that they managed to remove all the stubborn micro glitter from my trunk--something I thought I'd be finding forever! When I arrived, the vacuum area was incredibly busy, but the manager was doing an amazing job actively directing traffic and navigating the lines smoothly. On top of that, their attention to detail is unmatched. The manager was carefully inspecting the cars as they came out of the wash, noticed that the machine had completely missed a spot on the back of my car, and immediately offered to send me through for a second run completely free of charge. You don't always get that level of care and proactive customer service at a car wash. I will definitely be back!

Around 3 bays open in the vacuum area, you have to exit the car wash, go on the main road then go into the drive to the car wash to get to the vacuum area. Have an Hyundai Elantra, the car wash didn't wash the rear window and bumper well, had to hand wash when I got to the vacuum area. Didn't have the disinfectant and window spray at my bay but borrowed the bottles next to my bay. Plenty of clean towels at the bottom of the collection box but they are damp, thankfully they don't smell of mildew. Staff is good about picking up the used microfiber towels and refilling the bottles. Minimal scent on both. You vacuum you own floor mats at the vacuum area. I wish they had a mat cleaning machine like other car washes. You just feed it through a machine at the top and it rolls out the bottom. I want to go on Wednesday and get a buy one and get one free on the Extreme wash. That looks like a good deal. W San Carlos is a busy street, takes a while to enter and leave. Less than a mile from Hwys 87 and 280. I would use the car wash again.

I arrived around 9:15 AM this morning, asked for the $80 Deluxe Detail Wash, and left my phone number with the staff so they could contact me when my car was ready for pickup. Despite several cars being in front of me, Rafa texted me that my car was done at 11:05 AM. I was very thoroughly impressed by the condition of my car when I picked it up. I was worried that by paying $80 compared to $200 or $250 that it would show in the results, but the staff at PHCW did an amazing job. There were some water spots left over, but honestly, for $80, the car came out a lot better than I expected. I 100% will be coming back.

You would guess than it's probably 1 minute per dollar, but it's actually 13 seconds per quarter, or 52 seconds per dollar! They don't disclose this which feels scummy. In addition, they "no longer take quarters" but I believe this is really just a way to get more money from people paying cash-any leftover money is just a free loan you're giving the car wash. In addition, the owner is totally a bully. He will respond to people's posts in an abusive and belittling fashion, which is extremely unprofessional. People complain (rightfully) about being overcharged on their credit cards (since the cost per minute isn't posted this makes sense) and he insults them in response. The quality of the car wash is fine, I guess. I think it's very hard to mess up (it's just water and soap). I would not come here again if there was a different car wash in the area! Think twice if you can wash at home or somewhere else!

I spilled coffee on the (fabric) passenger seat of my new Corolla and just couldn't get the stain and smell of it out at home. I asked Yelp for a quote for seat shampooing/ detailing services and Brian was among the first to respond with a very reasonable quote. So even if it was a bit out of the way, I decided to give them a try. The appointment was easy to make (they fit me in right away), and the service itself was fast - there's a Starbucks down the road to wait at. Brian and the team was able to get almost all of the stain out (see pics). And the people there were really nice! Overall, great value and experience - highly recommend!
