I was looking for a place where I could wash my camper van after my regular carwash place wanted to charge me at least $150 for a simple wash because the van was tall. Average car wash, but lots of weird and somewhat scammy practices. I come here only because there are so few other options. Nowhere is the cost of the car wash per minute posted! You would guess than it's probably 1 minute per dollar, but it's actually 13 seconds per quarter, or 52 seconds per dollar! They don't disclose this which feels scummy. In addition, they "no longer take quarters" but I believe this is really just a way to get more money from people paying cash-any leftover money is just a free loan you're giving the car wash. In addition, the owner is totally a bully. He will respond to people's posts in an abusive and belittling fashion, which is extremely unprofessional. People complain (rightfully) about being overcharged on their credit cards (since the cost per minute isn't posted this makes sense) and he insults them in response. The quality of the car wash is fine, I guess. I think it's very hard to mess up (it's just water and soap). I would not come here again if there was a different car wash in the area! The Open Bay for taller vehicles was a plus! The only issue was, I did not understand (and yes there is signage "EVERYWHERE " as the owner stated on the phone) how the credit card usage worked. The signage does not state how much time your money gets you. So as the timer was going up...I did not understand when to press stop as indicated. It was confusing to say the least. So I ran my credit card twice. Unsure if I did it wrong or the machine was broken. I ended up using cash. And that worked great! I called the customer service number and he ended calling me back. He was very condescending and defensive. It was incredibly frustrating. He stated "there are signs everywhere including the sign you got our phone number from, and our machines are not broken, you just didn't nt follow the directions." Okay fine, but don't be a rude. Easy to get in and out quickly if you're in the mood to wash your car. It's not that expensive, in spite of all the complaints. I feel like the time that it foams your car is adequate just for it with one hand, wipe it down with the other, then rinse it. It can be done for two dollars or so if you can't do it, you're taking too damn long. Move faster. I love this place. I have my own pressure washer and foam cannon I can use at home. But I prefer to go here after dark when it's not busy. This allows me to use the two bucket method as I'm a stickler. I detail aircraft and really like how all the options on the wash always work. I like coming late as to not keep anyone waiting behind me which could happen during the day. Respect the rules. And I always meet cool people there. My method is a rinse, soap, then the foam cannon. Then I stop the timer. I then use the two bucket method with my wash mitts. Start the timer again and rinse and then pull off to the drying area. I bring an electric leaf blower to dry my car. It's quiet and efficient, and often offer other patrons to use it and they appreciate how easy it makes the drying process. I keep it on low power so it's not too loud to respect the neighbors. There are good people there who like to take care of their vehicles, and even late at night I always meet cool people and love how everything here always works. Newbie here! I normally just take my Subaru through the drive thru carwash because it's convenient and quick. I recently came back from a trip to Tahoe and the subie was full of dirt and grime from the snow storms and plows. I knew a drive thru wouldn't be enough. I decided to visit E-Z clean carwash because I wanted to scrub the car sufficiently. Ken was there to walk me through the steps and gave advice on which options to use and in what order. He was a great help and I will be returning because it was THAT EASY! I did a high power rinse, presoak, triple soap wax, and another high power rinse. The equipment easily got to all the nooks and crannies of my Forester. I did a quick towel dry, but they have vacuums if you want that option. Great value and a good arm workout! He was rude and had no customer service skills. He asked me which ones I told him which machine. Made it seem like I was messing up his session of not doing while at work. Instead of paying triple the amount at a car wash place, you can spend more than less than the money to get your car washed here. I feel like this is a better option because one, if you go to a car wash place, sometimes it's not as clean as you want it to be, especially the amount you're paying. Two, it's super cheap here! There is a cash or card option which is great because I never carry cash on me. Only thing is, you have to bring your own towels to dry your car. There's a lot of options, such as rainbow foam, clear coat, rinse, etc. AND there is also a lot of vacuum areas within the lot. A major bang for your buck. read more

Place is clean and very convenient as it stays open late. I went there for the first tim in years and tried to use the coin machine. After it accepted $4.00 of my change it jammed. I think it was not working. My change was lost. I then used the card swiper and it seemed to activate the first time, but nothing turned on. I swiped it again and the it turned on. However I was charged $10.00. So I paid $14,00 for a $5.00 car wash. The wash does work great once its started. very hihj pressure and the bays are very clean.
