This started because I paid $500 to get my carpets interior detailed and left with my carpets wet and smelly so this manger named Chris Foley gave me some credits which I used over months. I went recently to Campbell and asked Iganacio to wash my back area and console using some credits which I never asked for. I left with the console filthy as heck. He said he can't remove it because he doesn't want to break it..yet they do extensive details on very expensive cars.. I went back and boom all of sudden they removed it and cleaned it. they just lied. Chris said he would take care of any detail work if needed.... just come back and ask which I never asked for. He "cleaned" my back area on my van yet each time it came back dirtier or not really clean. I think he was not cleaning it right and making it dirtier because he didn't want me to come back and use the rest of my credits. When I let him know this..Chris Foley said I cant use my remaining credits there I was given and not to come back... Chris Foley is a snake and liar so is Ignaico stay away these people they look good but lie and the place if filled with mexicans who don't speak any english and most likely are illegal. I've been coming here for probably decades. Even had a buddy in high school that worked here if you can believe it! Anyhow, I'm always very appreciative when I go because it is a courtesy from my car dealership. It's always been pretty good. A few spots get missed here and there, but overall nothing major. Today was different. They really tried to upsell me with service and was quite pushy about it, which was annoying. As my car was getting serviced, I recall thinking that I would probably consider paying out-of-pocket for future. (although just to be clear, I would never get their membership because I don't go often enough.) But when my car was finished, I was sadly disappointed. I should mention that I've always wondered if people weren't exaggerating before, or weren't being too nitpicky, which by the way, I am not. Going forward, I would not pay to use this service. I have a 2017 RAV4 with 140K miles on it. My two teenagers drive it as well, so it has its share of little scrapes and dings. Suffice it to say, it's not pristine and I will never spend the money or time to get it waxed or detailed. It's just not important to me. I do however like a clean car. So every few months, if it fits in the budget that month, I'll go get it washed. But to get that good-enough clean car, I have to get through the sales guys at the front. Knowing that all I want is the Deal and that I am going to be pressured with an upsell stresses me out even before I get there. Today was no different: Him: I see it's really dusty inside your car. Me (ignoring that comment): The Deal please Him: Do you know about our membership, it will cost you less today. We have a membership and wash our car at least once a week. Everyone is courteous and great at their jobs! Never an issue. Until today. One of the employees was trying to pitch a full service carwash. As another employee had already pitched us. We declined so he talked to the car ahead of us. Meanwhile holding up the line. The driver finally went through by the time 4 other cars could have. Then the employee stood talking as she's exiting the carwash. 1. Dangerous 2. Annoying 2. Time consuming 3. Honestly I would give them no Stars if I could. I to have a full detail on my car courtesy of my mom who had extra washes that had been purchased prior. When I got to the front desk they kept insisting that she hadn't paid for the month so that I couldn't use the multiple free washes that she has. I said to pull my car then because I wasn't planning on paying for it. The woman quickly said okay. We'll let you do it this time, but next time you can't use the extra washes until you pay the membership. I don't know that doesn't really make any sense to me. On top of that I was with my special needs brother. The gentleman calls me over to the car as if they're done. I pick up everything including walk him a far distance to the car and the guy says oh no, we're not done cleaning yet. I just wanted to offer you XYZ. He saw me with my brother and how difficult it was for me to get him to the car. I quickly said no. I need to leave. My brother is not comfortable anymore and we need to go. After they finished up I noticed some things in the front that were not finished so I asked them to clean up and then I had to leave with my brother. When I got back they had not even cleaned the backseat of my car. Maybe they vacuumed but definitely not a detail. There were footprints everywhere, still food crumbs. I've been a member of Classic Car Wash for years, and unfortunately I had a disappointing experience today. After going through the car wash, we noticed that our rearview mirror was loose as we were driving away and entering the freeway. The mirror was suddenly facing sideways and downward. When I tried to adjust it, I realized it had become completely detached. We had to pull over on the side of the freeway to address the issue, and the mirror actually fell apart. Thankfully, none of the internal pieces were broken, and we were able to put it back together ourselves. I called corporate and explained what happened. They advised me that I would receive an email to submit a claim. As a long-time member, I would have appreciated some communication from the car wash staff if they noticed the damage while my vehicle was being serviced. Even a simple acknowledgment or attempt to fix the issue before I left would have gone a long way. This experience has left me feeling like I now need to inspect my entire vehicle before leaving the car wash. It's concerning when damage occurs and there is no communication with the customer. After years of being a loyal member, I'm now considering whether I should take my business elsewhere. I hope management reviews their procedures and improves communication with customers when issues arise. read more

Unfortunately, the drive thru car wash just didn't really do much. I got the middle tier package, because I knew I had some bug guts on the front of my car, so I didn't want to just go with the cheapest option. Sadly the vast majority of the grime was still there after the car wash. That was my experience at this fraudulent and dishonest excuse of a car wash. $110 dollars for a simple hand wash. Not a wax, just a simple wash with a hand dry. I was promised an interior detail, so it seemed like a steal. I agreed to the hand wash/dry and interior detail. My boyfriend was a member prior to their system update years ago. Figured why not go here since I knew they do a good job. I paid 49.99 for exterior and interior wash. My car really just needed an interior clean as it was collecting dust. When I got the car back there was still debris on the exterior passenger side of the car. I had to wipe it off with my own microfiber rag, the interior still had dust all over the dash and my passenger side wasn't even wiped down. I would let it go as it's really just a drive through car wash but if you're going to charge 50$ for a wash I'd expect it to be done right. Sad to say I won't return and just stick to the gas station drive through washes and clean the interior myself. At least that way I know it'll be done right. read more

I paid $300 for a full detail on my 2022 Chevy Suburban and the results were nowhere near what I expected for that price. The interior was poorly done -- the floor mat on the driver's side was barely touched and left visibly dirty. The other mats were only partially cleaned. On top of that, the wheels still had visible dirt and grime inside them after the so-called detail. On the exterior, they left wax residue on the body of the car -- I had to point it out to the staff myself, and only then did they wipe it off and apologize. For $300, I expected a thorough, professional job. What I got was far from it. I would not recommend their detailing service to anyone. ‼Update: After filing a complaint, the detail manager Chris Foley accused me of never giving them the opportunity to inspect the vehicle -- despite the fact that I pointed out every issue IN PERSON before leaving, and his own staff wiped down areas on the spot. I also continued to notice additional missed areas after I got home. Instead of focusing on a resolution, they chose to question my honesty. I decided to give Classic Car Wash on Hamilton Ave and Bascom Avenue another chance to WASH AND CLEAN my 4 Runner yesterday. It was late afternoon after work. Car Wash was really not busy. Gave second chance, benefit of the doubt. I believe in second chances. Exit my Truck and opened the back gate for a full vacuum. I start walking up ramp to gift shop to pay with my receipt for $55 dollars and pause back to check out vacuuming status, which was way too quick for a complete vacuum. 1st sign that this may be a bad choice, walk in gift shop no one in line and wait for Cashier to complete counting her wash slips, no big deal as it's after work and I've got the time. I have a good tip with my $55 dollar complete wash/ vacuum and walk outside to wait for Truck. About 15 minutes and truck is done got in and fairly clean for most part but streaky windows and half ass vacuum. My monthly payment will be cancelled as Classic car wash has really gone downhill. REALLY DISAPPOINTED . First horrible wash was a few months back at the Lark Classic Car Wash and truly bad experience. Need to get off my tush and wash my Truck. I used to be a customer years ago. I recently just came back and I'm disappointed in their service. I got The Deal for $49.99 and paid a tip. After I got my car, I was disappointed to see that the interior wasn't wiped down thoroughly and parts of my car were still dirty. These stains can easily come off with Clorox wipes. I've been going to Classic Car Wash ever since I moved to SJ over 6 years ago. I love that I can go through the exterior only lane or I can come and have them vacuum and clean the inside of my car as well. I don't clean my car often but I love that there are several locations for when I need them. I recently decided to get the whole shebang. My car needed it badly. The staff person tried to get me to sign up for the membership. I will say that some of things he said were not true. Dude--you can't lie to people in order to get them to sign up for something. But whatever. I did sign up and tried it for a month. I only went back once during the month (so twice car washes and one interior cleaning) although I was looking forward to my monthly interior cleaning coming up. These guys work hard and it's not an easy job. Some days it's hot out there! It's not a job I would want to do. But I will say that there was a huge area that wasn't cleaned up after I got back in my car and after I drove off, I noticed a piece of my car was broken. It wasn't a big deal or something I can't much about, but still. Honestly, if I could afford it, I would stick with the membership. I think it's a good deal and totally worth it. I just can't afford the cost since I don't need to go that often to make it worthwhile. Ok Classic this is the final time!! Really really bad cleaning today. I can't believe I paid $50 and tip for the service I got. I'll start w the list. They did not vacuum under any of my mats. They barely of at all vacuumed the mats. My mats are weather tech mats too, not carpet but there was still a ton of debris. All of my windows are dirty to some extent. All windows are just cleaned in the middle, the edges remained dirty. They only dusted the top of the dash some but non of the face of my dashboard. They will not clean leather seats w a damp towel, nor will they clean the scuff marks from shoes getting in and out of the car. They didn't clean the sunroof or back window at all. I watched and they never touched the back windows. I was watching the entire time. They didn't seem to happy when I asked them to clean the back window. On the floors of the car. It's like the windows...they do t get the edges or sides. Even tho I opened my trunk when I left the car, they for sure didn't vacuum it at all. And it's dirty under the trunk liner. The trunk liner is also weather tech and not carpet. There has been a couple really big issues with this place in the last few years as well. They damaged a pretty expensive car seat. They took my information and never called me back. Another time the wash ripped a piece of trim off the door of my car. At first they were very nice about it. They checked the cameras and co formed it wasn't damaged going in but I was coming out. He reassured us it's fairly common, that they would order the part and call to have me bring the car and they'd install there. Weeks passed so I called. They then decided they weren't going to fix it, that it was prob loose going in . He informed me the part wasn't and wouldn't be ordered. For the price, I should have received a better cleaning. Prob will never return and will warn family about here now. Very unfortunate their service has gone downhill completely. I have had bad car washes in my life. Probably a lot of bad car washes. Nothing special just the drive thru carwashes. But last friday, I had the exterior car wash done here at Campbell Classic Car wash and it was ridiculously the absolute worst car wash of my life. I've had a better car wash at the chevron gas stations. The wait for the car was was ehh, definitely regret wasting my time actually waiting for it. I wasn't expecting this car wash to be life changing or expecting my car to look the best miraculously (but I did pay for the more expensive exterior wash only). At least I expected to leave with my car cleaner and not dirtier than when I arrived. When I left and parked next door at gas station to fill up my tank I realized the greater part of the driver side of car was covered in grease splatter. I PAID TO GET GREASE SPLATTERED ON MY CAR. CLEANED UP THE GREASE AND MADE SELF NOTE TO NOT RETURN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. THERS DEFINITELY A LOT OF OTHER PLACES TO GET SHITTY CAR WASH AT. WOULDN'T SEND ANYONE HERE. DONT HAVE HIGH EXPECTATIONS. I've religiously brought my car here for car washes. My automatic mirror stopped working after bringing it here. I wasn't sure tho I thought maybe it was my car. I recently bought a brand new car and brought it here for a car washe. I saw them manually FORCE the mirrors open and close, it confirmed they broke my mirror on my old vehicle. There is a button to open and close the side mirrors on most new cars, it's unbelievable that they aren't trained to know how to close and open in a way that doesn't break the car. I've had a subscription for many years and multiple cars. I just used my last full service wash today and unfortunately, for a busy Saturday, they apologized for being "understaffed." I actually saw plenty of staff onsite and my car moved through the line quickly. But today, 2 problems occurred that should have been avoided: 1. Queens Cafe - I ordered a Shot In the Dark while I waited for my car wash. I asked the cafe worker what it was, espresso in coffee, and since I hadn't had my coffee yet, it sounded interesting. I asked for the "smallest" size which was listed as $3.75 - good value, I thought. My mistake was to ask for it on ice. He said only medium and large for ice, then tried to get me to order an extra shot since the ice "waters it down." Then he proceeded to charge me for a large when I clearly asked for the smallest size. When I questioned him for the upcharge, he said "we don't have iced drinks in small" but he poured the same small size drink over ice in a medium cup. So, I paid an extra $2 for ice and a plastic cup (BTW iced water at Starbucks is FREE). Well, I won't be ordering any drinks from this place ever again if all I'm doing is paying more for their cafe supplies. I also saw the prices that were for a chai latte are ridiculous, especially since I saw on the back counter a box of premixed liquid chai from Costco. What a jip! 2. Car pick up: After paying for my overpriced drink, I took a seat on the bench right in front of my car that was getting dried off and windows cleaned by staff. I waited patiently for a few moments. All of the sudden, staff got in my car a drove it all the way to the end of the driveway on Bascom. Then got out and called "Tesla?!" Yeah, that was me buddy sitting in front of my car and now I had to walk all the way down to the street to get it. No tip for you.
