I was wondering if I could get my AC serviced he asked me what's going on with the AC and I told him that in the morning the AC is cool but then in the evening time the AC is hot. He told me over the phone that he may know the issues but he needs me to come so he can dive deeper into the issue so I came and not only was he knowledgeable. He educated me and he showed me parts of the AC that was visible, which I've been too many different mechanics shops and they've never shared details about the issues with the vehicle nor did they asked me to come look under the hood with them no matter what people say about mechanics there's always a true and honest people out there, and I can truly tell you I was satisfied with the service, my AC is working. After The vehicle was in the shop for 2 days I began to call them and question what was going on with the vehicle. They kept saying they had to check different things and they would get back to me. A day and a half passed with no response. I contacted them. They said that they would get back with me. Again no response. At this point they now are not answering my phone calls. I went to the location. The vehicle was paid for before they will order the parts or do any work. I got my vehicle back. The vehicle was not starting properly and was still hesitating. I took the vehicle back to them they told me nothing was wrong with the vehicle still it just had to adjust. I drove the vehicle some more and the vehicle started making a weird noise and began stalling again. Two separate mechanics told me It was a failed fuel pump. I took the results by these two mechanics to them and gave them the code. They stated they would take care of it and assess it.They kept the vehicle for 3 days. During this time they failed to give me information and said would call me back. They finally returned my call and gave me their new estimate which had nothing to do with the fuel pump.
