You pu.t a engine in from your wife's choice auto zone and it was a failure and you replaced it not once but twice ! I was told it was coming from somewhere else. I wouldn't have allowed a AutoZone motor. But your wife was employed with them once..I called and told Rosie your wife that the engine light is still on. She told me on a couple of calls she would see when you're available to look at it. I didn't ever receive those calls..I called and left messages. You both took me for a ride and you had the truck for what seem to be a year or longer..the engine light still comes on to this day. I pray you do better work on transmissions than you do Motors..It's good to hear you speak up? Everything went through your wife only. I'm surprised you didn't let her speakl for you this time too..Lesson well learned..

I looked across the street from where I live and there it was qwest automotive service does AC work after two days of deciding I finally called and for the first couple of days I called and then on the third day, I received a phone call the Mechanic by the name of Theo told me I've called there three times and I said yes, sir I did. I was wondering if I could get my AC serviced he asked me what's going on with the AC and I told him that in the morning the AC is cool but then in the evening time the AC is hot. He told me over the phone that he may know the issues but he needs me to come so he can dive deeper into the issue so I came and not only was he knowledgeable. He educated me and he showed me parts of the AC that was visible, which I've been too many different mechanics shops and they've never shared details about the issues with the vehicle nor did they asked me to come look under the hood with them no matter what people say about mechanics there's always a true and honest people out there, and I can truly tell you I was satisfied with the service, my AC is working. Went in for an engine diagnostic and was told it was either a dropped valve seat or piston slap ( cost will exceed value of my vehicle ). Obviously they couldn't confirm the issue unless they did the labor but that would have costed thousands of dollars and potentially a full engine replacement adding more cost. Basically they ran through a whole pathway of options and the cost which was nice. I decided not to do the service but i'm thankful for the transparency and honesty the guys here gave. Zenith Auto Care is a part of the Costco Auto Program so Costco members receive 15% off services or parts at this shop. I called to schedule the wheel alignment appointment and they were able to fit me in later that day. I really appreciated this! Also, I called around to other auto shops and Zenith had the best price for the wheel alignment before the Costco discount.
