The Customer service was amazing. The gentlemen working told me that it's a guarantee 2 plushy win, if not we can keep trying or just let him know what one we want. My son had a hard time getting a plushy he's only 4, but the gentlemen came by and set up the plushy for him to make it easier so My son could win. He had a blast and it was a joy to see him so happy being able to win a claw machine on his own! You can upgrade your plushy for bigger one but it has to be same day. We'll be back for more!

I brought my six-year-old, who's really into Pokémon, and it ended up being an awesome experience for both of us. Like a lot of parents know, it's been tough finding Pokémon packs at reasonable prices lately but not here. They had great selection and prices that weren't inflated like most places right now. We picked up two Poké Balls with three packs each, and my son had the time of his life opening them. He's just starting to learn about card values, but honestly, the best part is just seeing the excitement on his face with every pack he opens. This place made that possible without breaking the bank.
