First things first…read more The Home Depot's insistence on promoting the company as "The Home Depot" might help their brand's stickiness, but it's also a precious and fussy bit of styling that makes me want to hate The Home Depot as much as I hate "The Ohio State University," and, if I thought about it, probably Marc Jacobs' "The Tote Bag," too. But The Home Depot has a wide selection of good and useful merchandise, so I bite my tongue and use The Home Depot as intended: for garden stuff, tools, building supplies, lights, hardware... and as I type this list I realize that every room in my house has either been repaired, decorated, or fitted out with things I bought at The Home Depot. The The Home Depot shopping experience is comfortable. The fact that it's rare to find a The Home Depot employee who can say where to find the thing I want, or how to use it when I find it, is inconsequential. The The Home Depot's website shows each item's location (aisle and bay), along with a running count of stock on hand, and God gave us YouTube for the rest. Also, showing up at The Home Depot with a shopping list helps me keep my off-budget expenses down, which is a huge benefit, since, as everyone knows, where overspending it concerned, The Home Depot is the Amazon of Costcos. On the rare occasion that I need to return something to The Home Depot, the process is always simple and painless. And I recently discovered three more things to like about The Home Depot: The Home Depot delivers, promptly, for free. Notwithstanding its name, I'm a fan of The Home Depot.

I paid and was on my way. The entire process took less than 10 minutes.

I was able to make a reservation for the 2 of us several weeks in advance. The entire experience is about 45 minutes to an hour. We walked in and immediately loved the vibe of this place. We were greeted by our host Savannah! She was phenomenal. She knew from our reservation that we were celebrating our anniversary and she was very personable. Savannah helped us pick out our pot and our plants and then walked us through the entire potting process, giving her tips and tricks through the process. My wife and I both did a larger succulent planter. The pots we picked included 3 to 5 succulent plants that you could pick out. You sit together at the giant dirt bar where you get down and dirty with your plants. If I'm being honest, I never looked at pricing. This was a special date night and we were doing whatever we wanted! But when we went to check out with our new plants, I was pleasantly surprised that the entire experience for the both of us, with beautiful pots, plants and an hour of fun, was only $50 each. It would have been even cheaper had we selected smaller pots. All in all...we loved it. My wife is an avid plant lover so of course she was in her element. But even a guy like me that's never really planted anything...had a great time! Oh, and the bathroom. Even if you don't need to use it, it's a must to check it out! Thank you Momma Pots for helping us kick off our Anniversary Celebration! We will be back again for sure!!!

Found it strange no pots had price tags which was kind of annoying, plus no signage or even an iPad. There was an order lady working and when I asked for prices she had to walk over to get an iPad and search (pretty slowly) for the price. I found them faster by looking on my phone. I did buy some shears that I've been wanting from the shop Pigment, which was my main objective. When I tried to make conversation if about them being sold at Pigment- the lady replied in a snobby tone "yeah we sell to them." No friendly invite to return. Mentioned she just came back from vacation and everything got "moved around" (not that I cared or asked). Anyway, strange experience/customer service and overpriced. Cute to look at, but realistically will not return :(

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Ely, who was genuinely kind and welcoming. I've been to locations where they hand you a bag before even saying hello, but that wasn't the case here. Ely took her time asking what I was looking for, and when I explained, she not only introduced me to the newest scents but also included my sons by showing them some of the men's options. I really appreciated how she explained the current promotions in a way that made it easy for all of us to benefit. I also had a reward to use and picked up a Brazil travel-size spray mist--such a good choice! While they didn't have the Peach Blossom in a gift set just yet (I'm still holding out until closer to May 10 ), the visit still gave me great ideas not just for myself, but for my mom too. I love that that Bath & Body Works stores have fragrances, lotions, car fresheners, skin oils, candles, linen fresheners etc. Another standout was Susie, the store manager, who was just as sweet and helpful. Neither Ely nor Susie made me feel pressured to buy anything that day. In fact, they even took the time to show me how to navigate the app so I could have my mom's gift shipped to a location near her--now that's customer service! I'll definitely be back in a couple of weeks to check out new arrivals and hopefully grab that Peach Blossom set. If you're looking for a one-stop welp here you go!!! Milkweed is so important to the monarch butterfly life cycle, and having a local source like Caterpillar Chow helps people like me create more butterfly-friendly spaces right in our own yards.
