He took the time to listen to my concerns and got to know something about me. He didn't attempt to "shoehorn" me into a plan I didn't need because he wanted the right fit...and he had done his homework about the plans ATT offered. But most of all, there was good "chemistry" in the way he interacted with me, sharing personal experiences that were appropriate and interesting about the phone and life. While I was there, a handful of other customers stopped by to pick up their phones that they had dropped off previously for apparent issues to be fixed. So there appeared to be "customer support" after the "sale." I don't think one can expect more than this in initial purchase or follow-on customer support for any consumer "thing"-- from buying a refrigerator, to tech gear, to a car.

I spoke with Julia on the phone after I dropped my phone, which had water corrosion on the charging port. She gave me a very reasonable price for the repair and reassured me, explaining that it likely just needed a simple cleaning, but also clearly told me the cost for replacing the charging port in case it turned out to be necessary. She was incredibly kind, and once I brought it in, she cleaned it within minutes.

Fred diagnosed it and fixed it in the allotted time they told me it would take. At one point, they wanted me to come by and Fred wanted to show me the inner workings of the unit and showed me where some functions were obviously messed with by the previous owner. One thing to note for potential customers, if they tell you your stereo component will be ready in six to eight weeks it is because they are busy. If you want your classic audio system repaired by a pro, Fred is the way to go. He and Jimmy will take good care of it. Jimmy will also call you or send you a text with an update, if need be. Fred is a friendly guy and has a sense of humor. If you don't have a sense of humor you probably won't get his. Please make yourself aware of their hours -for- customer appointments. Keeping it simple: they are busy because they know what they are doing. I saw first hand the inventory of stereo units that are being repaired and on deck for repair. I am a business owner myself, the customer is so important, but it is important that the customer trust the business owner they are hiring. My CD player was fixed on time and works perfectly now. When I left I couldn't use tap to pay to make the payment so I paid with Apple Cash via text. I also have a digital key I use for my car - that didn't function so I messaged them. I reset the phone and still don't function but I messaged them and they told me to bring it back on Monday. I paid 65.00 best price around though. I promise that I will update this review Monday once I have completed the repair and they've checked my phone out to figure out why the tap is not functioning now. UPDATE! Went back on Monday and the took care of my issue, tested it thoroughly and got my tap to pay and digital keep working in less than an hour. Phone is good as new! They were the farthest from me but had the lowest quote so I gave them a shot. Glad I did. They fixed my screen issue and even charged me less than what I was originally quoted. They are affordable, fast and most importantly honest.
